I’m honestly not sure what I believe. I caught something on camera once I can’t explain. I had gotten my new razor phone (yes I know I am ancient) it was August 2004 and just a few months since my grandpa had passed. I was on the couch taking videos with my phone (it was my first phone that could take video) and when I went back through them as I panned from the living room to the kitchen for a brief instant on film my grandpa was there holding his favorite coffee cup. It freaked me out. I showed this to multiple people. Who could all clearly see my grandpa. I wanted to know I wasn’t crazy in what I was seeing. While I don’t believe in ghosts persay I believe the spirit lives on after we pass. For me it’s a coping skill. My dad passed away 7 months ago to a heart attack. It was very sudden and unexpected. We have had a lot of loss in my family. But my dad… this one has hit harder than any other loss and I have to believe there is something. If that makes sense.

I believe in something, idk if its ghosts but I do believe in the supernatural but I do think most people are lying or are mistaking it for something else or has an explanation.
