i do get that, finding some of the stuff they say to be a little cringe, some of the names or just general conversation but it will start to grow on you, at least it did for me, just gotta remember that its also a comic book series, so it can be a little on the nose at times lol.

Even with the 6-month time jump I agree that it is too soon for Kaitlyn to be over the death (not break-up) of the love of her life who she thought she lost then got back then married and he died shortly after they were married. But a measly 6 months go by and she has moved on...
