I find it a shame that Dean came back so quickly, although I love his character, this incarnation of a demon was really interesting, I find the 'resolution' a bit easy, it's a shame in this series, like with Dean who had to go to hell but from the first episode he's back, the same when he was in purgatory, the same for Sam when he was back in the same episode of the cage in hell, and also all the times they died but come back to life in one episode. I would have liked them to complicate the script and the path of our characters a bit, it would have been more realistic and as an audience we would have invested more, Jensen also admitted that he would have liked to play the demon a little longer.

The main reason for that because episode 200 was 10.05. TPTB did't want Dean to be a demon for that watermark episode.
