This is one of the most heart breaking episodes of the series. And I hate to disagree w/you, but just because someone is innocent, "the truth will come out" doesn't always happen. Yes, in most tv &amp; movies, but not i real life.<p>Dan's in a bad place emotionally, mentally &amp; spiritually right now. He's hurting and he's lashing out. At Lucifer, himself, Maze, Ella. He doesn't know how to deal with his anger &amp; grief. He can't channel those emotions towards Pierce (since he's dead), so he channels them toward everyone else.</p>
