A special episode. I really like the start of the season, we are entering a kind of new universe with new rules. Angels are not so angelic, apparently. Wait to see more.

Love this episode. Now we know why Mary recognised the demon. And I don't know if you remember but in episode 1x09 'Home' Mary said "I'm sorry" to Sam... That's what she meant. The way it all ties together is just amazing.

I might be biased, but I like "new" Ruby. The actress who plays her is Jared Padalecki's (Sam) wife in real life. This is how they met.... and she is a part of the SPN family. Don't get me wrong, Katie Cassidy was great too!

Old Ruby is better imo, like ik that's Jared's wife (the new ruby) but I just feel the old ruby was better. But "New Ruby" is alright. Genevieve still does a decent job.

This is a really good episode. So far, the season is off to a good start. I like both Ruby's. The new Ruby seems to come off as a more legitimate demon to me. Maybe it's just because of the hair color? But I do like them both. Time travel is tricky to do well in shows. I generally don't much care for time travel stuff. This episode was pretty good though. Doesn't seem to have too much of the typical issues that can happen. But still has the chicken and egg issue. Which came first? Would John still have changed his mind at the last minute and gotten the impala if Dean hadn't been there? Would Mary have come across Yellow Eyes if Dean hadn't told them about where he'd be? I have to say Yes, to those, because then you have to wonder how the future came to be then if Mary had never come across yellow eyes and John never gotten the impala. If Mary hadn't of died, then we can assume that John and the boys never took up hunting. But, Yellow Eyes still would have come to Sammy's room and fed his blood to baby Sammy. And then adult Sam still would have gotten the visions. Mary would have then known something was up. But, none of them would be prepared for what came next. And a lot of people would have died. Yep. Time travel is tricky stuff. And now there's a new worry. That Cas seemed to have done this just to show Dean something about Sam.
