WIP Lot (Patreon)

I just wanted to post a couple of pics real quick and an update on this lot. I'm like a day or two behind on this because I'm having issues with S4S and can only really work from one or two windows at a time so it's kind of slowing me down. People at Sims 4 Studio have been super helpful, hopefully they can help me find a solution soon. 

Anyway, I've got the bulk of the inside of the main bar done. I couldn't help myself and converted the Old Towne bistro set from Sims 3 and recolored it in all my Greenhouse Metal colors. I also made a ton of modular plants and a set of hanging planters for the exterior of all the buildings on this lot. Some of them rely on a specific pack to save space but I made sure to make a few base game versions so everyone can use them.

Oh, and I also made plain back recolors of some fences and gates. I made an override for one of the friezes because I couldn't figure out how to make a new one.

I'm aiming to have this done in the next couple of days. Some of the other buildings aren't going to be filled out because this lot is huge and some of the buildings are meant to be used as apartments. The entire exterior will be completely decorated though, even the all the little alleys, terraces, and hidden courtyards. 

I'm also may have another small mod to go along with this but I have to test it out to see if I can get it to work right. 😉
