If I can squeeze in another harvestable and cooking/baking recipe this month I'd like to make a Persimmon and/or Plum to keep with the Japanese theme while I'm still inspired :)  Any ideas for recipes?

I don't really have a suggestion as much as a potential source of inspiration! Though the recipes shown in this are Chinese, salted and candied plums and plum wine are a mutual staple between Japan and China! https://youtu.be/kj1d0lbq9Nc
