Harvestable Season Adjustments

So here are is the first version of the updated Season Adjustment files for all EA harvestables. I've made changes to everything except for harvestables like the money tree, emotional berries etc. 

In general I've made all seasons more realistic for all EA plants, including edits (like my custom harvestables) that make it so some plants will still have foliage outside of their harvesting seasons. I've also updated the number of harvestables you can get from each plant based on the type of plant and how many seasons it harvests for. 

A couple of other edits are that the alien harvestables will only give 1 fruit if outdoors, but 5 or 6 if indoors. It made sense to me that a plant from an alien planet would do better in a controlled environment. I also made trash plants more prone to bugs (because it's trash), made the plasma tree give 10 fruit every day all seasons, and made the mosquito plant not get bugs at all.

I've also changed the format of the download - there are now only 2 files that allow you choose between all regular plants, and public plants (like plants that show up in the community gardens in-world or at city events). 

Keep in mind I will be adding a few more adjustments but they rely on the feedback I get from the poll I posted today. Also, make sure you delete all the old files before installing these!

Note: I removed the wild plants file again because it was triggering LE's. Sorry guys, BetterExceptions didn't catch it for whatever reason and I didn't notice it until another Patron brought up the issue.
