I've started this post to report/keep track of any issues or errors with my content. You can use the comments section below to explain the problem and once I've verified the issue I'll add it to the list below.

You can follow the steps on THIS page before reporting an issue. 

All issues reported via this post will be taken care of first so please use this post instead of the form on my site!

I sent in a report through the form as well because I wasn't sure if this was the kind of issue you mean to use this post for, but I haven't been able to access either of the Organized Catalog early access files you posted last month (Kids and Comfort) or the update to the Can Do Canopy & Drift Away bed set (though I realize those were for testing so you might've taken them down). No matter how many times I log into Patreon or hit "allow" on the access pop-up on the site, it still treats me like I'm not logged in and tells me to unlock through Patreon.

Looks like the harvestable overhaul needs ANOTHER update. I'll look at that and updating my custom harvestables this weekend!!!

Your website isn't unlocking with my patreon access so I can download. Whenever I click to "Unlock with Patreon" it goes to the access page and then cycles thru to previous locked content page. Please help.

Hi Coco, I sent all patrons a message via Patreon with links to the content on the site. It's an issue with Patreon that will be resolved after Feb. 1st. I'll resend the links right now to you :)

Hello, I am able to log onto the patreon website and see your 'download' link. However, every download that I click, it get an error that says 'oops that page doesn't exist' and gives me a search bar. I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but I have never seen it until trying to download your released lot for February and the updated harvestables, garden stones, etc. today.

Hello BrazenLotus, yesterday I had a Last Exception, so I went to the DeaderPool server for help and in my mistake they told me this about your mods, so I wanted to warn you and tell me what I can do to solve it thanks to you. - BrazenLotus' unshared inventory mods probably don't work either. - And if you have any changes that affect the plants, get rid of them. And having all the plants in BrazenLotus is not surprising given the mistake. Besides, going 50/50 wouldn't hurt, so, uh, good luck.

Can you tell me what error you're getting specifically? I'm updating the plants right now but I'm I'm not getting an error with my unshared inventory mod.

So I installed all your separated beds and your bed frames aren't showing up in-game. They are in my mods folder. The mattresses show up fine, but not the frames. They don't show up in the 'Beds' category, or the 'Show All' category. I even filtered by CC...nothing. Any idea why this could be happening? It's ALL of the frames...everything from base game to Discover University.

That's weird, I honestly have no idea. Mine are all there in the Show All category and the Misc category. Are you getting any error messages? Did you try to pull everything else out to see if there's a conflict? The only other thing I can think of is the folder that you put the frames in is too many folders deep and the game is not recognizing them. Can you try putting them in the main folder to see if they work?

First off, thank you for your creations. My farmers market wouldn't exist without your mods/content. I received the exception error above when I installed the package file "Store In Retail Fridge All Fish". Odd thing is, the "Store In Retail Fridge All Herbs" didn't offer the same error and works beautifully. I triple checked your page for any required EPs and just saw that the base game was needed. Would greatly appreciate your help.

I didn't think they needed to be separated by pack but I realize now that was a mistake. I'll be sure to do that with the next set of updates and thanks for letting me know!

Hello. I was trying to download your new carrot cake. I followed the instructions like usual to connect my Patreon to your site, clicked Allow, and then it told me I need to connect with Jetpack to login. The trouble is I'm already logged in. What is Jetpack? I can't seem to grasp why I need it to connect to your site. I'm aware this is more of a problem with WordPress than you, but I was curious if you knew what was happening. This is the message I keep getting. "To use Single Sign-On, WordPress.com needs to be able to connect to your account on Brazen Lotus."

I'm sorry you're having an issue with it - that's not supposed to happen and you don't need to use Jetpack. That's something required for Wordpress sites to keep the site safe. It's also used for those who are users of multiple Wordpress sites to login. I updated the plugin and logged you out. Try logging back in now and let me know if you're still having issues. If you are, let me know if it's just that one post or all of them.

Hello! I hope you're doing well... I just recently found your mods- I have yet to use them, I am in the middle of downloading and sorting them. I came across some recipes that seemed really fun, and I needed to be a Patreon. So I became a $3 a month pat. and yet I can't seem to be able to log onto your wp.com link to actually download these recipes... It tells me I need to be at least a $3 min. patreon even though I am. Now, again, I just became one? So maybe I need to wait some time or Maybe I am doing something wrong? Please let me know :) have a good one!

Hello. I hope that you're feeling better. I just wanted to let you know that when I had the lime fizz recipe, shared consumables and new recipe tuning override in my mods folder, I wasn't able to fizz kombucha using flowers or herbs of any kind. The option just wouldn't show (after I placed the ingredients in the fizzing machine, the only option was to retrieve ingredients). When I removed the three files, I was able to once again craft kombucha. Those were the only files that I removed, so they seemed to be causing the issue.

Hi, ok so my whole mods folder got deleted by accident and now im trying to re-download everything but unfortunately i cant download anything from patron on your site. can you please help :)

I'm working on something for patrons right now that would make it easier to access all my files. I haven't quite gotten all my files moved over but hopefully soon!
