December Lot - POLL (Patreon)

I know this is a little last minute but I'm going to let you all vote this time around because I can't seem to make up my mind! Choices are: 

Willow Creek - Garden District home built with a family in mind who has a college student living at home. Definitely going to use multi-story columns :D

Britechester - Penthouse Dorms at University of Britechester - I want to make them look more cluttered and rework the layout. If I do this I'll be able to do both penthouse lots since there's no exterior decorating for these. They will not be the same layout.

Britechester - Foxbury Commons - I may just rework the lot or I might completely rebuild it to have unique areas.
