I've got 2 house shells nearly complete for Foundry Cove but I ended up completely finishing the cemetery I started. Using New Orleans as an inspiration I made a bunch of mausoleums to fill the lot. I had to work on it a bit more this weekend though because as I was taking pictures I was having a hard time with the functionality of it. I made wall epitaphs that you can engrave to decorate the walls of each mausoleum but it just didn't make sense with the way urns worked. If your sim put down and urn in front of it you'd have a gravestone in front of the epitaph and it looked ridiculous.

To make it more functional, I decided to make a little shelf at the bottom of each to put your urn. Then it makes sense that you can engrave the epitaph like a headstone and still allow your lost loved one to occupy their own mausoleum in theory. It's nice too because you can place several urns on a shelf and/or litter it with flowers and candles like below:

I also made a larger mausoleum for rich sims. A place where they can come to place the urns of their family through multiple generations:

There are also plenty of places to put down headstones, if you run out of space you can always pull out the deco ones and replace them if need be.

I made this a museum lot so that people would actually visit it but then I realized people look way too happy. I'm going to try to make a lot real quick so that sims are sad while they're here, so wish me luck. Then I'll have the upload ready for you all probably tomorrow. Until then here's a couple more pics :)
