Content

Hey everyone, we are reaching the end of the year and I thought it would be perfect to acquire some feedback from all of you. When I first started patreon about 2 years ago it failed because I didn't know what to do with it at the time but now 2021 it has become a true blessing to me because of the amazing support from all of you. Now its time to step my game up a bit. I feel like there is more I can provide in terms of content for all of you.

Even though my patreon has been slowly gaining success, there are still some hurdles that I must overcome.

1. The biggest issue is people pledging the highest tier and then unpledging. This makes  my monthly earnings random. I get hit with a massive unpledge at the end of the month and then pledges return the following month.

2. My goal is to reach 100 to 120 pledges by the end of the year but I can't do that if people are constantly mass pledging at the end of the month and returning later the following month. I can only seem to reach 70 to 80 patrons before the massive drop off at the end of the month.

3. Lack of vocal feedback from my patrons. I know there are lurkers and that's fine but feedback would be appreciated so I know what works and what doesn't work. That way I can also improve in other areas in terms of content.

Okay now that I explained the hurdles I must overcome, now I want to explain some ideas I have moving forward.

I know many of you have been wondering where are some of the big projects that announced during the year. Well they are still being worked on, the problem is my projects are becoming way too ambitious which also leads to being more costly. The movie "Stranger Nights" cost me nearly $700 to make. The cost of getting Voice Actors/Actresses is no joke, what doesn't help is the fact that it seem like this year a lot of them have been increasing their prices too.

So I have to spend months to let the earnings pile up so I can at least get one project done. It wouldn't be an issue if my earnings on this platform is consistent. My clipstores are healthy that allows me to make a living to pay bills, but I want to get my patreon to the point that it does the heavy lifting when it comes to pumping out as much content as possible.

Since projects is taking longer to release I had to make up for it by providing loops for you guys. A lot of you noticed my shift in uploads recently, that is the reason for it. Now I came up with another idea that I wanted to run across all of you.

I will start creating more comics bundled with animated scenes, so hear me out. By creating comics, I get to flesh out stories a bit more with my characters. I can be able to provide sequels to some of my movies through comics while adding in animated scenes packaged with the comics.

The reason for this is, it saves me a bit more time and a lot more money because I don't have to spend a lot on a VA. I will only need to hire them for the smaller animated loops packaged with the comics. BUT DON'T WORRY! My bigger projects aren't going anywhere, this is just more content to hold you guys off in between project releases.

I am in the beginning phase of the next big project, hopefully I will be able to release it by Christmas, if not then it will be here by New Years January 2022.

So I will be doing a mixture of Fully Animated Projects and Comic/Loops, hopefully that may introduce a whole other audience to my patreon.

Let me know what you think and lets see if we can reach 100 to 120 patrons by the end of the year.

1. Personal experience: I very much used to do this, when first subbing to various creators, including yourself. But now, instead of just unsubbing, if there's a financial change where I can't support as much the next month, I drop to the lowest tier without unpledging, because I still want to show my support. 2. This is sadly a noticeable trend, even amongst bigger creators. I understand looking for consistency with patrons, and that's why I think your idea will be a great addition. 3. Very fair. I'm very much in favor of comics. Love the context they can add to an animation, plus it'll give additional depth to your characters. And I know I've said it before but I'll say it again: you're consistency in improving and creating is why I'll continue to stay a big fan!

You know I'm not going anywhere dude! And I noticed the huge difference in content release so I never had to go to a different tier. Just wanna show support the best way that I know how.
