It just changes the speed of an already feature in the game to be faster depending on which version you download. If anything this mod was created to add more body types, give more purpose to gyms, and working out in-game. Without this mod you can achieve the same thing as you can with it but it will take more time.

What does it do?

This mod allows you to choose the rate weight increases in your game! I noticed that the sims in my game never gain any weight. It would take 2-3 sims weeks to notice any weight gain. It became pointless for my sims to go to the gym. It got to a point where I had to start manually adding sims of all sizes to my game because all the sims are typically the same size.

What size should I pick?

The larger the size you choose the faster your sims will gain weight. Regardless this mod will add change to your game. This mod will give the gym a purpose and hopefully bring in more body shapes to your game!

How do you gain weight?

You will gain weight from eating. The process you gain depends on which package you choose. The more food you eat the more the weight increases. You have to avoid exercising as well if you're aiming to gain weight.

How do you lose the weight?

You will have to exercise to keep your sim in shape. You can also drink a lot of water, tea, and coffee.
