Figured the 'mole/freckles' problem, wrong controlnet settings, while fixing that i also found a way to push the denoising to 0.42 while upscaling, thus increasing micro details, sharpness and making the prompt have more effect, also found that you can use multiple controlnets for pose accuracy and or quality

Also remember, i use 1.5 not SDXL
