I also found found a extension that potentially fixes the shit that goes on with higher cfg scales, specially a bunch of little dots that appear on the skin, i tested it and it did help, but is not something major

I also reached the upper limit of realism when it comes to inpainting and low denoising (0.28-0.36), i can not go further than this i believe, just have to wait for a new version of SD now, an alternative is higher resolutions but a minute for 1600px is to much for someone that does over 100 inpaintings per piece, a 4090 would def fix this issue, and believe me when i say this, 200px does A LOT of difference when it comes to either 3D or AI rendering
