Ever since I introduced the primary antagonist of the Joey Lynx series (that would be Eleanor Tusk)…I always had this idea to make her a tickling connoisseur. And right from about the second page of the Issue #4 (the issue where I introduced Tusk) I always had this idea that Tusk would come up with these elaborate TICKLE TORTURES that involved several (of what we now realize are her specialty made) bondage tools and tickling implements.
