is CSP file can be opened by photoshop? or can it be converted to photoshop?

Yes, you can save a CSP file as PSD file. But unfortunately some effects and settings won't transfer over correctly causing the image to look weird. That applies to stuff like adjustment layers, effects and layer settings, I think. Because of that I won't start to offer both file formats.
