Quick health update (Patreon)

I saw the rheumatologist. He thought lupus was fairly unlikely, and sent me back to my PCP leaning fibromyalgia or thoracic outlet syndrome, which is somewhat hard to diagnose in some cases, and ordered a few more tests. I guess it's good I don't likely have lupus? but I'm pretty discouraged at the continued lack of a diagnosis. Still feeling garbage. 

I've really extra appreciated the support the past couple months; I've got sooooo many med bills right now and your help makes all the difference. I hope this December finds all of you well.
