The Calydonian Boar’s roar created a sonic boom. It was so loud that the trio facing this thing instantly got deaf.

The ringing sound indicated that their ears were fine, but for now, they couldn't hear anything thanks to how loud it was.

‘Good! Last time, that roar made my ears eardrums blow up; this time, it's just a ringing sound!’

Alex was relieved to some degree!

The next second, the Monster Rex started to rush towards them.

It was fast, but not as fast as when he met this pig for the first time. This time, it was dodgeable.

The White Dragon Emperor leapt to the side; Julis jumped into the sky and flew away. It was the same with Albion, who elegantly dodged the attack

With hand motion, his bow, Staring Blue, appeared in Alex's hands. He summoned a massive sword, turned it into an arrow, and let it fly.

The arrow slammed into the boar, and it was a direct hit.

Blood started to leak from the wound, but the boar stretched its muscles, and the arrow shattered into thousands of pieces.

“That's some dense muscles!”

“What?” Julis tried to speak.

“Hmm? Did you say something?” The pair tried to speak with each other, but they couldn't understand a thing!

Instead of saying anything, Alex created another arrow and shot it at the rushing beast.

The arrow exploded into several pieces and slammed into Boar's face.

Instead of stopping, it became angrier, and its tusks started to glow.

“Crap!”

Once again, Alex needed to dodge.

As the White Dragon Emperor dodged, fireballs rained on the Calydonian Boar’s side.

‘Just as I thought. This thing hide is immune to my flames.’

Julis considered this as a ‘game’, and if it's a game, specific weaknesses and strengths exist.

The last two bosses were vulnerable to her attacks. Well, the mudfish dino had both weaknesses. It's just that they flip between lightning and fire vulnerabilities depending on the mud on the fish’s scales.

And the rhino was weak to her fire. That means her fire doesn't work on this Calydonian Boar, just like she suspected. So far, only solid attacks like the arrows work.

She is willing to bet that Alex’s Lightning doesn't work that well, either.

The short distraction was enough for her boyfriend to take his distance and attack the legendary boar again.

This time, Alex attacked its limbs.

A large arrow slammed at the back of the rear left leg.

*PAINED ROAR*

The large beast stopped for a few moments, struggling to keep it steady. The arrow went right through its bone from the looks of it.

Not only that, but lightning flows directly into its nervous system.

Seeing his opportunity, Alex slammed his hand into the ground, and his mana roared to life.

A massive sword rose from the ground and slammed in between the legs of the Calydonian Boar.

The sword slammed into a sensitive spot, impaled the beast and rose from the ground just a few inches.

Blood started to leak from the wound as the creature began to struggle. This situation won't last for long as the sword will break.

Regardless, Alex jumped into the air and created a massive holy sword with a potent dragon thunder element.

Once crafted, the teen turned it into an arrow and pulled the bow string.

“Say ah!!! I made this one just for you!” The White Dragon Emperor loudly exclaimed as he released the arrow the moment the boar lifted its head and looked at the bright source of light.

The sword arrow broke the sound barrier as it slammed right between the eyes of the Calydonian Boar.

The creature instantly stopped in its tracks as the sword cracked and then exploded into thousands of pieces like a balloon.

Albion and Julis just looked at this without saying any words.

“It appears Alex took this personally.”

“Yes. It would seem so.”

“And I was wrong. I thought Alex’s lightning won't work. But it appears it was quite effective.” Julis said with crossed arms.

“It had some resistance, but the partner’s lightning isn't normal either. It's a mixture of several things and has the essence of a Dragon.” Albion calmly explained as he proceeded to float towards his host.

“What's the loot?” The White Dragon asked curiously.

“Hmm? Oh, right.”

“Alex! You are bleeding. Sheesh…” Julis also walked over, but soon enough, she noticed his bleeding right hand. The bowstring pull went through the leather glove he had.

“Oh, that. Hehehe, I pulled that string like it was the last thing I would do.” The White Dragon Emperor said sheepishly.

“Right. That arrow was bigger than you, so you don't say.” The Pink Princess deadpanned at him.

“Summon the first aid kit. I am going to patch you up.” She sighed, and he followed her command.

Second later, the group sat around where the boar died. Some stones are dotting the landscape. Not as big as the boulders in the South but still big enough for people to sit on.

As Julis was patching Alex’s right hand, he was holding his phone in his left hand and checking what he got from the kill.

“Let's see. Oh, interesting. Got Calydonian Boar Tusk, Hide and oh my! Meat!”

Shouldn't it be pork?” Julis chipped in.

“Isn't Pork what they call pig’s meat? Boar should be considered a wild beast and not a domesticated animal.” Alex commented casually.

Regardless, The White Dragon Emperor found the ticket he was looking for. He got the rare ticket!

He swiftly went to the poll and checked out what it had.

“What the…”

“Hmm, what is it?”

“The powers… the stuff on the wheel! It's—not from DxD!” Alex exclaimed with sheer shock.

“Really?” Julis poked her head forward and checked the screen. Even Albion placed his head on top of Alex’s and checked what it was.

“Yeah, like a Zanpakutou. In Asauchi state, or Sharingan in one tomoe. These are incredible powers, but they need a lot of training.”

‘Though I remember Sharingan being Epic… or was it specific? Like Itachi’s or Sasuke’s?’

The White Dragon Emperor pondered on this. Or is it just the dungeon having swings and alters however it sees fit?

Maybe it has weekend discounts? Well, whatever, he won't be pulling just yet; he needs to gather more materials, maybe pull two or three at once for better ‘rates’.

“Oh, those are like the special eyes, right? And the Zanpakutou is the sword with a soul inside something? I have seen glimpses of these in your memories.” The White Dragon casually spoke while his head was on Alex’s. It feels strange sensing a dragon speaking from the top of his head!

“Yeah, those. But I can see a world travel ticket, a manual of some sort. Well, the poll this time around is far more diverse.”

“Why do you think it's like this?” Julis asked with a curious tone. Could this system give her back her Strega powers? Probably. But how would it mix with her current ones?

‘Is it even worth it?’ The Pink Princess realised that it's not that important anymore. Her new powers are way better and more potent. Plus, she can perform legit magic now!

“I think it's because we are in the Guilty Crown world. It's an uncommon world with barely any supernatural. That means the system has to fill up the empty polls for the tickets. Because the only thing valuable you can find in this place is the virus and related things. Maybe the tech, but that's about it.” Alex pondered on this.

“...I see it makes sense, so we should stay in these lower words for more diverse powers?”

“Yes, it would seem these common and uncommon worlds have some value.” He said after pressing cancel and making his phone disappear.

“Great, and I am done. We can return to the grind. I assume you want more tickets now?”

Julis commented as she closed the first-aid kit box.

“Yeah, we should do that. We have a long way to go. We should explore west to east and north to south for all those wolves we can find.”

“Don't forget the fish. You can use your lightning to fry a large amount of water now.

Maybe even provoke the snake and make it come closer to the shore.” Albion suggested to his host.

“That could work. Honestly, it's possible! I could just shoot the arrows into the water.”

“Indeed, you could make it shatter and fly further, maybe a water sword you could use as a surfboard. With this new Sacred Gear, you could make many things.”

Alex's eyes for a second widened. The White Dragon just makes too much sense!

“This sounds dangerous, but I do want to see if something like that is possible, surfing on a sword.” Julis didn't fully agree with the idea, but part of her wanted to know if this was possible.

‘Almost like a sport? Sword surfing… How weird is that?’

“Then North it is then.”

Around two months later, the group were looking at the massive expanse of moving water.

“This is a river, a vast river.” Albion floated forward, just above the shore. He narrowed his eyes and tried to look in the distance, trying to see the other side.

“That's what I said. It's a ‘river’.” Julis air quote again.

“Let's try out, shall we? I was pondering on what to make.” Alex was excited about this for a while. He had some ideas about what to make and decided to make a Claymore.

With his foot tap, a sword rose from the ground; it was as big as the teen and wide enough for him to stand on it.

“Good colour choice.”

Albion agreed with the white and blue.

“Duh, our colours.”

The White Dragon Emperor smirked briefly before walking into the water; he sent several lightning shockwaves through the water.

That made the predatory fishes rise to the surface while upside down.

They were dead.

“Oh! Nice! Nice!” Albion swiftly flew over and used his serpentine body to grab a fish and pull it to the shore.

Julis deadpanned seeing this. Of course, Albion would suggest the river! Why not!? He wants the food!

“You want me to cook it again?” She asked with a resigned sigh.

“Indeed! As payment for all those tips I gave you!”

The Pink Princess grimaced for a second. He got her there.

“Fine.”

As Julis cooked the fish, Alex tested this new way of moving around.

He got over two months to think about how to make this work. He concluded he could stick to the sword with lightning while channelling mana into the blade to make it move.

In other words, he would make the blade constantly burst the water beams.

With this idea in mind, the White Dragon Emperor jumped on the sword, and his legs stuck to the blade. Since the blade started to sink rapidly, Alex sent a wave of mana into the sword.

The teen’s eyes widened as the blade launched him above the water like a rocket!

“H-Hold shit!”

He almost crashed head-first into the water, but after several tries, he got under some control. The amount of mana he is sending requires a few tests.

The issue was that the blade was too heavy, so if he lowered too much, he would crash land. If too much, he would raise too much above the water.

A few more minutes later, he got the essential down, but now the movement itself. Now, that requires some work!

“Hmm?”

Then he sensed it!

*SPLASH!!!*

A massive head rose from the water. It was an enormous snake!

The yellow slit eyes and blueish-white scales greeted the teen!

Alex noticed its name!

‘Bullshit! Even that snake wasn't this fucking big!’

Pressing hard on the left leg, he could turn to the side before pouring even more mana. Such a sharp turn slammed a massive electrified wave into the snake.

The snake hissed loudly as its whole body shook from lightning; it sprung into action to chase after the sword-surfing White Dragon Emperor.
