And just as Gilgamesh has said, close to an hour later after Caster and Lancer's Master attack, Rider has arrived.

Nonetheless, Saber was dressed in her armour, just in case.

"Yo Saber!"

"Rider?" Saber asked with a confused look on her face, she saw him dressed in casual clothes, he was not battle-ready at all!

'Was Archer saying the truth that he came here to hold a banquet of some sorts? I don't understand these men at all!'

"I have come here to drink! Wanna join?"

Hearing that Saber looked at Irisviel who was just as confused as the blonde Servant next to her.

Moments later Saber brough Rider to one of the outside gardens, quite a big one, it was in the middle of the Einzbern mansion, a good place to snipe someone...just in case.

Eventually, they ended up sitting on the ground, Iskandar has brough a massive barrel of wine with him.

With a single fist strike, he smashed the top and used a wooden cup to fill it up with wine.

Then he took a sip, a satisfying groan escaped from his mouth before filling it up another cup and giving it to Saber.

The King of Knights drink it all with one gulp, she was thinking that this was some sort of competition.

"Why did you come here Rider?" She asked him seriously. The knight can't understand the reason for this man's actions.

It's a battle royale, not some… entertainment gathering.

"To talk of course! We are still missing…"

"Hahaha! You spend the whole day preparing and only got a barrel of some cheap wine!?"

With a burst of golden particles, the King of Heroes manifested not far from the fellow Kings.

Just like King of Conquerors, he was dressed in casual clothes.

Only the point was that even his casual clothes screamed wealth and luxury.

A simple looking slacks and a hoody but, they looked like some designers specifically tailored for him.

"Hey! I spend the whole day looking for the best wine in the city! And this is what I got!" The Conqueror defend the alcohol he brought.

"We are on the other side of the globe. Japan is famous for its sake, not wine." Gilgamesh said with an eye roll as he approached them.

He then motioned them to stand up.

"Stand up you two, Kings don't sit on the ground, I have something better."

Hearing that Iskandar got up on his feet while Saber followed slowly, still she was eyeing him closely.

The golden hero motioned with his hand and portals opened on the ground and slowly a large table with three comfortable seats appeared.

"Haha! So convenient!" The King of Conquerors took his seat first, the King of Heroes rolled his eyes before more portals opened this time on the table and several dishes of all sorts appeared alongside several golden pots and cups.

"Oh… even food! This is good! I am kind of jealous!" Iskandar said while eyeing very good looking food on the table, he could see chicken, pork, beef, some other unknown animals, that's not all, it there are salads, soups, other stuff which the King of Conqueror can't even identify.

Even Saber dumbly nodded at him, there was a small droll at the corner of her lip. She quickly cleaned it off…

"Indeed, anything and everything with the word 'treasure' is in my vault. see those pots over there? Those are drinks from all over the world.

I have tequila, vodka, wine, all sort of spirits that I don't even know myself." Gilgamesh shrugged his shoulders as he took his seat and started eyeing some food himself.

"Hahaha, this is good! Now I truly want you to join me King of Heroes!" The redhead said with a laugh as he grabbed the first golden pot he saw.

*Snort*

"I don't see the point of conquering what is already mine King of Conquerors, and I don't think we gathered here to listen to the benefits of being part of your army," Gilgamesh said that while stabbing a drumstick with a fork and putting on his plate.

"Fair enough! Let's talk about something else! Like what wish we want from the grail!" Iskandar said that while taking a sip of whatever alcohol he got.

He shook his head feeling how his mouth got burned from whatever alcohol he drunk.

"This stuff is good! Damn! What is this?" He inspected the cup and smelled the drink.

"I have no idea. Anyway. Who wants to say it first?" Gilgamesh said that as he took a bowl of salads and started putting them on his plate.

Saber on other hand didn't know what to say… This situation was just ridiculous in her eyes.

These two Servants were acting like they are close friends and not enemies who should fight in a battle royale.

She could not fathom this!

And worst of all the food… the food had such a good smell that she can barely resist this!

"Saber, we have not gathered here to fight, at least not me, what about you Rider?"

"Me too, I am here to have one in a lifetime opportunity to feast with the greatest Kings from recorded history!" The Macedonian King has raised his cup to Saber before taking a sip.

His whole body shook that moment, before groaning, the King of Conquerors truly liked this stuff!

"Hmm, I think what are you drinking is Vodka." The blonde King of Mesopotamia said before looking back at Saber. "Anyway, you should enjoy the food, none of us here is want to fight today, thinking of this like a break between battles." King of Heroes said with a thoughtful look.

Saber decided to compromise on this and only recalled her gauntlets, before starting to put food on her plate.

"There are some regular drink in those pots over there, my vault has it all, from teas to juices from divine fruits."

Gilgamesh pointed at the pots next to the pots which hold alcohol.

"Why don't we start with you Rider, since you are the ones who decided to hold this 'Banquet'." The blonde King of Mesopotamia said as he looked back at the Macedonian King.

"Heh? Very well then! I start first!..."

"..."

Gilgamesh raised his eyebrow, seeing the tall redhead getting embarrassed for a moment.

"Well, just say it Rider!" The King of Knights said before starting to eat.

That moment her ahoge started to twitch, she was controlling herself and not start moaning how good the food was.

"Fine then! I want to get reincarnated!"

The moment Rider said that, Saber stopped eating and looked at him as if he is the biggest moron on planet Earth.

The biggest reaction was from Iskandar's Master, who forgot his fear and rushed at Rider.

"You baka! You said you want to conquer the world!" The Magus teen tried to pummel the King of Conquerors with his first but the tall Servant just flicked his Master on the forehead.

Sending the boy flying away.

"You fool! How can I conqueror the world while being a Servant!?" Rider clarified to his Master who finally understood what his Servant meant.

"You forgot that I cease to exist the moment the grail war will end!

That's why I want to get reincarnated! To have a body of flesh and blood!" Rider's words were full of vigour before taking another sip.

Then he decided to grab some chicken and took a drumstick, unlike Archer and Saber he didn't use any cutlery…

"This is good stuff King of Heroes! I truly need to raid your vault!"

*Snort*

"Good luck with that." Gilgamesh rolled his eyes while saying that.

"Rider! Do you wish to use Grail for such a selfish wish? Reincarnation? You are bringing a bad name to Heroic Spirits as a whole!"

While Saber was quite emotional hearing that, the King of Knights could not believe someone is so selfish and wants to use the power of a miracle cup on such a wish!

"Oh really? Then what is your wish?" Rider asked curiously, he was not offended by her outburst at all.

"I wish to redo my rule." She said that sharply.

This time King of Conquerors looked at her as if she is the biggest moron on planet Earth.

"Right…"

"Did you just say that you wish to redo… everything?" Macedonian King asked her to make sure he heard right.

"My rule was a... failure, to many regrets, I wish to redo it." Saber said that as she remembered her failures.

"Right… for a moment let's brush aside the fact that you don't have high regards to your Kingship and that you don't have much pride in your achievements."

"But…"

"Let me finish first Saber!" Gilgamesh red eyes nearly glowed as he said that making the King of Knights stop in her tracks.

"You wish to undo everything that your knights achieved through their lifetime, then you wish to undo everything that people achieved who were inspired by your legend, which is nearly 800 years of history, that's how long era of Chivalry lasted! Then another 700 years which is an era that came after the chivalry!

Making in total of 1500 years of history which came to be because of YOUR rule…"

"And you are saying that Rider's wish is selfish?" King of Heroes said that with raised eyebrow.

"If my guess is right… you wish for the whole world to quite literally go to hell, because you wish for your Kingdom's salvation."

"...No… I don't… I mean…" Saber didnt know what to say, she never thought her wish...will cause all that!

"King of Heroes… is her wish really will do that?" Rider asked with quite a bit of disbelief.

*Snort*

"I guess you two are clueless how time work?" Gilgamesh leaned into the back of the chair and crossed his hands. For a moment forgetting about food, he was enjoying.

"Hmm, think of this as a freebie, a lesson from a King who ruled the world in Age of Gods." The Mesopotamian King motioned with his hand.

And a portal behind him opened, a blackboard came out.

A moment later he pulled a white chalk from another portal.

"Listen up, especially you Saber, let me tell you why, your rule is set in stone. In truth, it doesn't matter if your Kingdom was a success or not, what is most important is that people remember.

Kingdoms and Empires rise and fall, but people continue to live their lives no matter what.

Since time immortal that didn't change, my Kingdom so is Rider's short-lasting Empire all have fallen, what it did left, is a legacy which continued to shape the WORLD not just the Kingdom you are so obsessed with.

Now pay attention."

Gilgamesh said that as he got up from his chair and walked to the blackboard.

He got the attention of the Servants and the Rider's Master and the white-haired homunculus.

"Time is like a river or a tree, both comparisons are quite accurate." King of Heroes drew a line and several branches coming from the mainline.

"This here is the main timeline." The blonde King highlighted the mainline.

"Now the most important part for you Saber, is to know that certain events are very important in shaping human history."

As the Mesopotamian King said that he started drawing certain points in the line.

"We start from the earliest date, which is the Age of Gods, this period is the longest which lasted over ten thousand years, and that is me roughly telling that.

The pivotal point to end this era is MY rule… as Gods powers were waning they decided to create a wedge, a bridge between Gods and Humans, and that was me." As Gilgamesh said that he liked the look Saber had as she realised where in this timeline was the fellow blonde King rule.

"As you imagine it didn't go as Gods have imagined and I ruled however I see fit, that caused acceleration in decline in Gods power and the beginning of the Age of Man, more importantly, the start of the Age of Heroes.

Thus mine title of King of Heroes." He highlighted the period and market the eras.

"Over a thousand years later after my rule, as a last-ditch effort to save waning powers of Gods, King of Magic was born, with power of Omniscience and Omnipotence, Solomon was supposed to be the ultimate tool of Gods will, but just like it was with me, he relinquished his power and died of old age.

Ending Age of Gods completely." Gilgamesh marked Solomons time and wrote 'end of Age of Gods' next to the marker.

"Around 800 years later it was time when Alexander the Great rose to power, marking first true conquest stretching from Greece to India." King of Heroes pointed at Iskandar who nodded in turn, the blonde king then marked the timeline on the board.

"Not far after Iskandar's time, we have Roman Empire, which lasted for a thousand years, but we are not here to discuss them, after fall of Rome, more specifically in West provinces of Rome, we have Island called Britain."

Another mark appeared on the timeline marking the Roman era.

"To keep the explanation short in this island, a King rose, who hold chivalry at the highest esteem and this King's exploits brought end of dark era which happened because Roman Empire succumbed to barbarian invasion, the stories of this King has inspired people like Charlemagne to create his version of Knights. Also known as Paladins embracing a new era." Once more the blonde King marked this down.

"As you can see Saber I only marked a few important dates in this timeline, they all are consequences of our actions.

If I didn't 'rebelled' and followed the will of the Gods, the world would look very different from what it is right now.

It would be a high possibility that neither of you two would exist.

The point is that all these events are set in stone, and they can't change, as if you change any of them in some way, a chain reaction will happen and thousands if not millions of people will cease to exist." Gilgamesh finished with his explanation and marked more on the blackboard.

More like finished the timeline, with the last mark being 1994, the current date.

"Well, Saber? Do you understand how time works?" He asked curiously.

"Yes… this is… alot to take in…"

"Fascinating to be perfectly honest… So the time gap between our rules is around 2000 years." While Iskandar looked at the blackboard with crossed arms studying it.

"I would like to buy several of these, it would help explain strategies to my army." Iskandar had a thoughtful look while thinking of uses for the blackboard.

"Hahaha, yes they are good for teaching, they are used in teaching establishments all over the world." The King of Heroes explained to the fellow Servant.

"I see…good stuff."
