"Teacher, Gilgamesh has defeated Berserker in less than 5 seconds," Kirei said with barely hidden awe, he saw the whole thing through Assassin eyes.

It was fast and brutal. There was no indication that anything is going to happen, those portals opened with mere thought from the Servant.

Then very next second chains caught the jumping Servant of Madness and executed it very next moment.

"That makes only 6 Servants left, I thought Gilgamesh won't going to fight in these 'squabbles'," Tokiomi said from the other side of the magecraft 'communicator'.

Well, it's more like a music player from 'ancient' times refurbished to be used for communication between distances...

Mages don't use modern technologies after all.

"He did not. It appears that he was having quite a civil conversation with Rider, from the looks of it he found King of Conquerors 'theatrics' amusing. Until Berserker manifested and tried to attack him. It would seem this Berserker was Matou Servant, according to Gilgamesh it was Lancelot and King of Knights reaction to the Servant confirms it." The Priest explained what he saw.

"... it's quite terrifying how Gilgamesh was spot on with the Servant identities, he was not wrong even once." The head of Tohsaka said with some trepidation, the man was thinking that the Archer might have some form of Clairvoyance after all…

And if he does, then he might know the true purpose of the Grail War.

That alone terrifies the Magus of one of the founding families.

It is an unspoken rule between three main families not to summon Servants who have Clairvoyance, as they might learn the truth of the Grail Wars of Fuyuki.

"Indeed. But...there was another development…"

"What happened Kirei?"

"Rider discerned Gilgamesh identity."

~~~~~~Back at Docks~~~~~~
"Hoh? And how did you come up with this conclusion, Rider?" The Mesopotamian King asked curiously.
"The chains, the array of Noble Phantasms, and your 'right' to rule." Rider was quite proud of himself for learning the identity of the goldie in front of him.
*Clap*
*Clap*
*Clap*
"Impressive deduction, you have quite a keen eye," Gilgamesh said with a slightly impressed tone.
"Now this leads to the point that your plan to recruit me and other Servants have failed what will you do?" Golden Hero asked curiously.
"I have… no idea perfectly honest! I haven't thought that far!"
"Rider!!!" Rider's Master tried to pummel the redhead giant for messing up so badly and putting them in such a bad situation. But, the King of Conquerors simply flicked him on the forehead.
"Hahaha, you are hilarious, and here I thought I will see some grand stratagem from someone who has beaten an army three times his size." Gilgamesh laughed once more from hearing the grand plan of the conqueror.
The red-haired man didn't even care that he got laughed at. In truth, he was satisfied with his discoveries in a single night.
"Not at all, I am more 'doing first thinking later' kind of person. What do you say King Of Heroes should we call it a day, or do you wish to continue fighting?"
The conversation quickly turned serious and everyone looked at the Golden Hero on top of the light pole, the guy didn't move at all.
He was still standing in the same position where he killed Berserker.
Nonetheless, no one here wished to face this Servant, not without preparations of some sort…
"Don't be ridiculous, why would I want to fight now? Maybe when numbers have dwindled some more, until then I will watch with interest." The Mesopotamian King said that before turning into golden particles and vanishing from the area.
Before that his voice spread through the area it was focused more or less on the fellow blonde.
"Oh, and do finish your fight with Lancer, I wish to face you at full power...Saber."
The King of Knights felt a shiver going down her spine, for some reason she felt that there is more to this than just a fight.
"What a handful person. Yet, it's something else! We have met the oldest Hero in recorded history." Rider said with some amount of awe himself, the Hero he just met was a few thousand years older than him!
"Rider! More importantly, how are we going to fight his Noble Phantasm!?" The Conquerors Master said with a worried tone.
There was no battle between Archer and Berserker, it was simple execution.
"We can discuss that once time comes. Now you two? Do you wish to continue this battle or are you going to call it a day? I would prefer it if you two stop for today." Rider said that with quite a serious tone, the man wants this war to continue as long as possible.
For the simple reason that it's a war between Heroes from different times and it's too good to end like this, after all, two Servants already died and it has only been two days.
"I don't mind continuing this other time Lancer." Saber said with quite a depressed tone, after seeing Lancelot like that whatever fighting spirit she had was gone.
And Lancer saw that.
"I don't mind either Saber, we can continue this some other time."
"Nonsense, Lancer this is the perfect time to finish Saber off!" Lancer's Master made himself known.
Lancer eyes widened for a second but Rider interfered.
"So, you wish to face two Servants Lancer's Master? Hmm? I will join Saber in this fight." The King of Conquerors boasted for a moment and then grinned.
"Rider…" The King of Knights was in quite disbelief hearing that.
*Tsk*
"Lancer return for tonight."
Lancer sighed in relief, he has no interest in fighting Saber who was not in the right state of mind.
"You have my thanks King of Conquerors."
"Don't mention it."
Lancer nodded before turning into his spirit form before leaving.
"Well, Saber you should finish your fight with Lancer before we can proceed to the next stage, it would seem King of Heroes has interest in you." Rider said quite seriously.
"King of Heroes… I don't know much about him." Saber honestly said to the Macedonian Conqueror.
"Because there is not much about him, He is oldest Hero in recorded history, it is said that he collected every known treasure in his vault, which eventually spread through the world and became famous Noble Phantasms wielded by heroes.
He will be the greatest opponent I have ever faced! Farewell Saber!"
Rider then left with a very excited face.
"Rider!!!" Rider's Master screamed from the top of his lungs as the chariot speed was something the teenager has not gotten used to it.
Moments later Rider was gone leaving only Saber and the albino Homunculus.
"Saber are you okay?" Irisviel walked over, closer to the Servant of Sword.
"I don't know Irisviel…" The blonde King of Britain said while shaking her head.
She still remembered the black knight who turned out to be one of her greatest knights, but hearing how inhuman he was, shook her to the very core.
"We should return, Kiritsugu needs to know who is Archer and that he is eyeing you." The white-haired woman reminded me about the Golden Hero.
Saber slightly grimaced remembering that too, and how ruthlessly the ancient king dealt with Berserker.
"Yes, let's go."
~~~~~~Later~~~~~~

It was morning and I was reading a tome in Tokiomi's office enjoying peace, more importantly trying not to think about 'disrespect' shown by Rider.

Gilgamesh, especially this Gilgamesh is very much petty and would kill without a second thought.

So, I was able to balance that out with sheer amusement Iskandar brough with his absurd actions.

Around mid-morning Tokiomi returned to the office.

"Your Excellency… we have found Caster." The head of the Tohsaka family words have brough me back from the book.

I closed the tome and shifted my position from laying since I was lazing on a couch, to sitting one.

Then recalled the tome and looked at the man.

"Assassin found out I presume?" I asked him while a golden cup appeared in my hand.

And no, it's not wine, I am drinking that stuff as little as possible.

"Yes, this one was following Saber and they encountered Caster."

"Interesting, take a seat Tokiomi, tell me everything."

Tohsaka took his seat and started to tell me about how Assassin was following Saber and Einzbern to their castle outside Fuyuki.

Until midway Caster appeared and he mistook Saber for Joan of Arc.

And even introducing himself as Gilles de Rais.

"This is... Tokiomi why would grail allow such disgusting individual to be summoned?" I asked with a snappy tone.

"Your Excellency?"

And it seems Tohsaka Tokiomi doesn't even know a shit about this dude!

"How much you know about Gilles de Rais or also known as Bluebeard?" I asked, curious now.

"...Not much… Your Excellency, I studied Heroes of much older times than medieval ones."

"Hmm, I see. Well then let me educate you." I leaned back into the couch while starting to spin the cup in turn the content of the cup in my hand.

"It's started with Joan of Arc and the hundred-year war between England and France.

Gilles de Rais was a staunch supporter of the Maiden of Orleans to the very end, he was very much devasted by her burning, he even went insane.

He accused God of not saving her and started doing atrocious acts so that God would punish him too, in the end, no God punished him instead he was dealt with by fellow nobles and the King of France.

Let me put this bluntly for you Tokiomi, we have a Chaotic Evil and insane Caster on loose which has a thing for small children."

I relished the face of my 'Master' who finally understood what kind of person we have on our hands.

"My question is why Grail allowed summoning of such thing in my grail war?" I asked him seriously.

"...I do not know, no such thing should be allowed to be summoned." The head of the Tohsaka family shook his head, trying to wrap his head around this development.

"Hmm, one thing for sure is that he has a fascination with my Saber, I will watch this closely." After saying that I dematerialised and left the office.

~~~~~~Tokiomi~~~~~~
Once Gilgamesh left, Tokiomi was deep in thought, Gilles de Rais is a threat.
A threat to magus existence as a whole, if this going to get out of hand magecraft can be discovered and mystery as a whole would diminish even further.
"Thankfully, King of Heroes has distaste for this man and he would deal with him. Now only I need to find madman."
Without wasting much time head of the Tohsaka family returned to his workshop and contacted Kirei.
He requested that more of the Priest's Assassins would focus on finding the location of Caster.
The quicker they can deal with this madman the quicker they can return to proper Grail War.
~~~

it was time to hit the city, reading stuff all the time is interesting, but it gets monotonous quickly when you possess a body someone's like Gilgamesh.

Since magic is very much real, and I am in body… well pseudo body of a demi-god, a ⅔ of a God, with enormous amount of books, grimoires, tomes in my disposal.

Still, I haven't seen a Japanese city in 1994 and now it's a good time as any to see what can I find.

Oh, and I do have a golden Master card which I can use.

Wait, do they even have bank cards yet?

Hmm, well doesn't matter I have a mountain of cash in any currency anyway…

The first thing I did notice was that my taste buds are different, so no more Mcdonalds for me, yeah… I nearly threw up after tasting it.

It was slightly better with fizzy drinks, and of course sweets.

Then I went to the mail and was quite disappointed, the mall of 1994 and one from my time which is in 2020… is leagues in difference between those two periods.

I found them boring, and the TV looked...retro…

"Haha! King of Heroes what are you doing here!?" A familiar boastful voice got my attention.
