As someone who served as an infantryman in a light Cavalry Squadron’s C Troop, it would make more sense to give the infantrymen the Polaris vehicles because they’re supposed to be the more stealthy option. This would speed up C Troop’s ability to man OPs (a complaint I’m familiar with), while leaving A and B Troops to retain the firepower of their humvees, or JLTVs if they get them. But I guess no matter which light Cavalry Squadron you serve in, if you’re C Troop, you’re the red-headed stepchild of the red-headed stepchild…
