Just curious though, these Infantry Companies. They are not even Semi- (o) or Fully Motorized (o o) ?

Some might be motorized in stuff like the HMV (basically a Japanese Humvee) but in cases where the sourcing isn't detailed enough I omit mobility indicators since I don't know

It’s interesting that the Japanese do not employ combined arms organization in its tank division. It’s looks like a pure tank formation with infantry added on as an afterthought, in my opinion.

In practice they form combined arms Regimental Combat Teams for exercises. So like attaching an infantry company, mortar battery, engineers and other stuff to a Tank Regiment.
