CSA 18 - I Obtained a New Power (Patreon)

Ignoring the people who were worried about me, I quickly returned to the inn and checked the contents of my backpack to find that my appraisal goggles and Anything Potion Kit were utterly broken. It's the worst. Those damn yankees are unforgivable!

For the time being, I spread them out on the table and thought about trying to fix them, but I totally have no idea how to fix them.
There's nothing I can do about the Anything Potion Kit, but there’s still one eye left on the Appraisal Goggles, so it looks like it'll still be usable.

I suddenly thought of something, but what does it look like when you appraise the appraisal goggles with appraisal goggles? Let's test it.

When I appraised the fragment of the appraisal goggles, it displayed Appraisal level 20.
For the broken potion kit, it displayed Potion Creation.
Since there was no level indicator, I guess you can really make anything into a potion.

“...Eureka!”

It feels like a light bulb lit up above my head.
Who cares about that, right now I want to implement the idea that flashed into my mind.

I synthesized every fragment of the appraisal goggles into one, and when the Appraisal level exceeded 99, it displayed only Appraisal. I did it.
Synthesizing this fragment into myself is a little scary, so I liquefied it with my Alchemy Skill and took a lick.
When I checked the skill list on my guild card, the Appraisal skill was displayed for a moment and then quickly disappeared.
It doesn't seem like I will be in a situation where texts are densely packed in my field of vision. Kukuku.

I encourage myself and synthesize the liquefied pieces of goggles into my own body!

What should I do if I open my eyes and find my view covered in text?
...Now that I think about it, I can remove it with my Compounding Skill, can't I? Hahaha.

When I fearfully opened my eyes, I was relieved to see the same sight as usual.
I look at the card's skill list, and see the Appraisal Skill is displayed.
I kept an eye on it for a while, but this time it seems to have taken hold without disappearing.
It looks like I have obtained the skill, so I'll experiment with how to activate the Appraisal Skill.

As a test, I looked at the object I wanted to appraise and silently prayed, and all the information about it flooded into my brain, and I felt nauseous for a moment, so I immediately stopped. My nose started bleeding. This is dangerous.
Maybe my body won't be able to withstand it unless I steadily raise my skill level?

I think I won’t be able to handle my perfected Appraisal Skill as I am now.

But, I didn't want to give up the Skill I had acquired, so I tried appraising the item while focusing only on its effect and was able to use it without getting nausea or nosebleeds.
It seems to be ok if I figure out how to use it. Thank goodness.

Next is the Potion Creation Skill but, I imagined that as a result of synthesizing it into myself, everything I eat would turn into a potion.
Well, if that happens, I can just remove it with my Compounding Skill though.
Let's just do what I can.

I liquify the fragments of the potion making kit and synthesize them into my own body.
I check the card’s skills list. Skill get!

I take the rice cracker on the table and activate the Potion Creation Skill on top of the cup.
The rice cracker in my hand turned into a potion. In a bottle.
Where did the bottle come from??

This is undoubtedly a cheat skill! Being able to increase your skills infinitely is not just a cheat, it’ll cause an uproar! Hyahoo!
