When I wake up, the inside of the room is just as dark as before I went to sleep.

I sit up and... find it quite easier compared to this morning. My fever is also disappearing. It’s probably thanks to the prescribed medicine and Aneki’s porridge.

When I look at the table, I see a thermometer, bath towel, and sports drink on it. Either Aneki or my mother must have prepared it for me while I was sleeping. I’m grateful.

I wonder how long I slept. When I check my smartphone next to my pillow... it’s already past 4pm, huh. I went to bed just past 10am, so that means I slept for 6 hours. Also, at this time, it's after school, so it looks like Hiori and the others will soon come to visit me.

I did get some LIME notifications. So, I look at LIME, and find that I received messages from my friends from my class as well as my friends who had been in the same class as me in my first year, saying things like [Are you feeling okay?] and [Get well soon]. Most likely, Hiori and the others talked about me, or the homeroom teacher probably told them during homeroom that I’ve caught a cold and that I will be absent today.

I send a [Thank you] reply to everyone who messages me. While I do that,

──Knock knock.

“This is Hiori. I came to visit with Saaya-san and Kyoko-san. Akito-san, are you awake?”

Immediately after the knock, I hear Hiori's voice from the other side of the door. I can feel my cheeks loosen when I hear that voice. It looks like I woke up at a good time.

“I’m awake. Come on in.”

When I give that reply, the door to the room quietly opens. As a result, I see Hiori, Himura-san, and Hazuki-san in their uniforms. Everyone just came back from school, so they have their school bags with them, and Himura-san is also carrying a convenience store bag.

Hiori presses the switch and turns on the lights in the room. It feels a bit dazzling because I have been sleeping until now.

“Good afternoon, Akito-san.”

“Hello-ssu, Kamitou-kun. Miumiu and Kuraki-kun have club activities, so only the three of us came-ssu.”

“How are you feeling? Kamitou.”

I receive the thermometer from Hiori, and place it in my armpit.

Hiori and the others put their bags on the edge of the room and sit down on the cushions around the table. By the way, Hiori is sitting near the bed, and all three of them are facing me.

I can't swim much, but I like playing in the sea or pool. Last year, I went there with Kazuo and our friends during summer vacation. I'm sure I'll enjoy a pool date with Hiori. “I want to go to the beach or pool with the usual six of us before summer vacation!”

I sit down on the bed, as instructed by Hiori.

Hiori approaches me with a bath towel she took from the table and starts wiping the front of my body with it. The softness of the bath towel feels nice. Also, Hiori as she wipes my body while looking entranced is so cute.

“How is it? Akito-san.”

“It feels good. Can you wipe me like this?”

“I understand.”

After saying that with her characteristic gentle smile, Hiori starts wiping my body again.

Hiori's touch is gentle, and it feels really good. My heart skips a beat when I feel Hiori's warm breath directly on my skin, but it also feels comfortable. I feel like I'm being nursed very well.

It’s a bit embarrassing to be seen by Himura-san and Hazuki-san, but for a while after that, I spend some time being healed by Hiori.
