October maintenance, tier changes, future plans for my Patreon (Patreon)

Hi lovely Patrons,

I want to announce some things, mainly my future plans for Patreon in November and onward. I’ve been wanting to do this for a while.

Tier changes (in a nutshell)

The new tiers will be $1, $3 and $5.
Most perks from the current $1 tier, that is the access to WIPs, behind-the-scenes, short timelapses (1 min), and poll access will move to the $3 tier.
The $5 tier will get access to long timelapses (several minutes long), hi-res downloads, and the privilege of suggesting fanarts to draw.  
$1 will only get discord access and finished art posts and is just for supporting my work. (which I still appreciate!)

The $3 tier will be available to join on October 10th. The above changes in tiers will take effect that day as well. In addition, the tiers will have a fresh new look with new names and images.

The reasons for the changes: I’d like to give more back to my community and do more fanart pieces. While I enjoy doing them, higher earnings allow me to do these more frequently. I figured fixing the big gap between the $1 and $5 tier and moving most of my exclusive content on there would be a solution.

Another reason is that this place feels outdated and like a mess, and I want to start things fresh again.

Patreon disabled the Goals feature but, $100 per month will get you a poll every 2nd month, and with $200 I will do a monthly fanart. It will be a simple solo piece with an NSFW & SFW variant. When the $200 goal has passed, I will consider doing extras like multiple variants, off-screen dicks, detailed backgrounds etc.

The Discord

The Patreon bot sometimes does a bad job managing the roles, which makes it not fully reliable. The patron-exclusive space & roles will remain (though I decided to start fresh with the channels). Instead of posting image files, I will only send direct links to Patreon-only posts to ensure non-backers cannot have access to exclusive content.

For this reason, I will re-install the bot on my server. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are a backer and lost your role, please DM me and I’ll add it manually.

Some other changes

My page and its appearance will get a revamp. New banner, profile, tiers get a new name and image. I removed many old posts (some as old as 2018) and I will reorganize the ones still there. This will keep things tidy and make managing this place more bearable.

Fanart suggestions are open! ($5 backers) More info here. 

Poll will be up on the 3rd and will close on the 5th.

Last but not least

I’d like your opinion on the frequency you’d like me to post hi-res and timelapse downloads going forward - specifically the new $3 and $5 tiers. I’ve been thinking of compiling these in a single post every month to make things simpler on my end. But if many of you prefer me to post them all around the month alongside finished works, I can do that. Please vote so I can make a decision.
