*This one took a lot longer than I thought it would, I contemplated a twelfth chapter but instead I think I will do a second story at a later date rather then wasting it on an epilogue.*

CHAPTER ONE

“Come on pleaseeee, it will be fun I promise.”

Danny pretended to play it cool and tried to focus on the game he was in the middle of playing. Jessica was batting her eyelashes in an obvious ploy to steal away his attention. She always played the cute and playful card whenever she wanted something from him, and it hadn’t failed before. Danny was well aware of it too, he knew she would convince him but he still wanted to try and act nonchalant about it. Jessica knew that it was just a matter of time until he caved; she enjoyed the little back and forth they had.

“You know that eventually you will say yes, just save us both the time.”

She cheekily poked him in his ribs causing him to erupt in an uncontrollable spout of giggling.

“Knock it off.” Danny begged between laughs. “Alright I’ll go.”

“YES YOU’RE THE BEST!” Jessica shouted, throwing her arms around him.

Danny cautiously hugged her back with one arm, keeping his free hand steady on the controller. He savoured these moments with her, wishing desperately for a day where things would go a step further.

He was always the first one to stop any form of intimacy, the worry he might linger in the moment for too long always sat in the back of his mind.

When Danny let go Jessica was almost reluctant to let him go, she scrunched up his hair and met him with a pleasant smile.

“Rebecca and Allie will be so glad to hear.”

Ughhh Rebecca, Danny cringed at the mere mention of her name. The four of them were as close as anything it would be unusual to hear of any young man feeling any displeasure at being the only male in a group of females.

Danny enjoyed spending time with Rebecca in company with the rest of the girls but more often than not she would drive him crazy. She was borderline obsessed with teasing him; it was obvious to everyone when they were all together. Honestly even he realised it was blatantly obvious that he had very strong feelings for Jessica. They would never speak openly about it perhaps she was waiting for him to bring it up first. The problem was Rebecca had no quarrel making them both feel uncomfortable when she would casually make awkward comments about them when they were together. It was always unwarranted and unnecessary causing them both to cringe whenever she said something.

Jessica notable felt bad she didn’t have the same feelings for Danny that he harboured for her. She was consciously aware of it and tried to make sure she never led him on.

Danny on the other hand was sure he had some semblance of a chance with her. He wasn’t sure yet but with enough time he was confident he could conjure something up to win her over.

Going back in time several years ago to their high school days Danny and Allie used to date. It was about a year after they got together that Allie came out to him as being gay. He wasn’t sure how to react to the news, Allie was adamant that none of it was his doing and she just wasn’t being truthful with him or herself.

It was through this revelation that both Rebecca and Jessica entered their lives and helped form their little group. Allie and Rebecca had begun to date and in tow she brought along her best friend Jessica. Danny was quite reasonably devastated about his loss of the relationship. Especially since they were still hanging out together, only now as friends. He might have broken away from the uncomfortable situation altogether if he hadn’t become so infatuated with Jessica right from the get go.

He loved her company; she was so pleasant to be around. Altogether she was friendly, fun kind and very attractive. He quickly fell head over heels for her, but after his break up with Allie he had lost a lot of his self-confidence. It didn’t help him when word got around their school that Allie broke up with him because she was a lesbian. School turned into a cruel place for both of them, especially for him when they would harass him and say it was his fault she didn’t like guys anymore. Allie became really torn up about the whole thing; she was completely racked with guilt. She felt selfish for wanting to stay close with Danny even as he became reclusive and cut ties with some of his friends as a result of the ridicule he suffered through.

For a while she was hesitant to introduce he and Rebecca to one another but he was her closest friend and was always understanding of her. Sometimes she wished she had simply liked boys and chose to stay with him. He wasn’t at all unpleasant to be with it just felt weird, like something was out of place. Rebecca was cautiously accepting of him, unlike Allie she was completely confident when it came to her sexuality and had been out for much longer. Her parents however were quite conventional when it came to a proper domestic life between a man and woman. It was probably the reason why Rebecca was so outspoken; she didn’t need anyone’s approval to be herself. It helped Allie a lot with coming to terms with herself and thankfully on the opposite end her parents were much more supportive of her.

Rebecca had grown with a naturally dominant personality, and since Danny had lost a lot of his confidence and any assertiveness he came off as quite shy when he was around her. She couldn’t help herself but to exploit that, even ignoring Allie when she would tell her to stop teasing him. It was never anything drastic but it was enough to always embarrass or emasculate him to some degree.

“Well he can always just tell me to stop himself.” She would often say in a vain attempt at defending her own actions.

Rebecca would object that she was just trying to help bring Danny out of his shell, but Allie disagreed with her. He was different now, she had hoped Jessica might be equally taken by him as he was by her. It would be the perfect scenario; she was definitely interested in guys and had such a sweet nurturing personality. Whenever they were together it was like two peas in a pod, even Allie become selfishly jealous as he grew closer to her. She could never feel resentful about it though; after all it was her idea to brake off their relationship and she was the one trying to push the two of them together.

Rebecca told her to let it go; it would never happen and if it did it would come out naturally without her interference. But Allie was worried; Danny seemed so miserable and distant sometimes compared to he had been when they were still together.

When Jessica mentioned the trip she was all in, hopefully some time away from whatever they had going on in their lives would all do them some good. It was a much deserved escape for the four of them and maybe it would give her the chance she needed to help push Danny and Jessica together.

Rebecca was outright against the idea of the two getting together, she told Allie to stop acting like some fan girl shipping her favourite characters together. She said it was only because of her guilt she wanted them together and failed to see how they weren’t suited for one another. Their personalities didn’t click, it was hard to argue that point however when you saw how quickly their friendship blossomed.

She despised that guys were always so quick to disavow the friend zone and immediately pushed for something more intimate. She admitted that if Danny wasn’t so obviously infatuated with Jess then they could probably have become fuck buddies and he would reap all the best benefits without a label attached. There was no chance of that happening now though, Jessica was so careful to tip toe around him worried she might happen to lead him on in some way.

The whole situation was beginning to make things awkward in the group. Rebecca was sour and groaned when she saw Jess’s suggestion for the trip in their group chat. The holiday itself seemed like a fantastic idea on paper but seeing Danny’s reply really bothered her.

“Does he really think we actually believe his bullshit, that boy is such a child sometimes I swear.”

“Becca just let it go.” Allie grumbled.

Both girls were quick to jump on board with her idea; Danny however was being ridiculous and said he wasn’t sure if he could make it. He typed up an unbelievably lame excuse about not being able to get the time off work when all three girls were aware he only worked a casual retail job a few times a week.

“Ugh fine just get Jessica to deal with it.” Rebecca said throwing her arms up in frustration.

Jessica had jumped the gun and told Danny she was heading over the moment he started saying he wasn’t going to come. The resulting conversation as you already know didn’t last long and as expected he quickly changed his tune.

He hadn’t even needed to ask his mother for permission, she had quietly been eavesdropping the whole time. Like the girls she had noticed the shift in personality and was worried about him. Pretending to have overheard them as she passed by with a basket of laundry she soon invited herself into his bedroom.

“Ohhh a trip, that sounds lovely! I’m sure the girls will keep a good eye on you.”

Jessica giggled. “We’ll make sure he behaves himself Wendy, don’t worry!”

When it came to Danny’s choice of friends Wendy knew she didn’t have to worry. She loved all three girls like they were her own, they were all such sweethearts and she wholeheartedly approved of each of them. Even with Allie and her son’s history she never held her accountable, and a trip away together would do him a world of good. She was always encouraging him to spend more time with them, not that she minded having him around the house. His company was always welcomed and she cherished their time together; but any time away from staring at a television screen all day was a blessing.

With everyone accounted for they excitedly began planning out the trip; not knowing how much of an eye opening experience it would all turn out to be.

CHAPTER TWO

It was decided that Rebecca would be the one to drive; she had an SUV and it housed the most space. Danny didn’t like her being in any position of control over him but had little say since he still didn’t have a complete driver’s license. Along with most of the trip he left it up to the girls to plan it, he wasn’t too fussed with doing anything in particular.

He felt a little bothered when they tried forcing him to make some suggestions. His idea of a good time was relaxing at home watching movies or going out to dinner with them for a nice relaxing night. Everything they were talking about seemed like a lot of work and he knew it would take him out of his comfort zone and away from his PlayStation.

When the day of the trip rolled around he began to feel a bit flighty. When he vaguely hinted he was not really feeling up for it that morning when his mother came to wake him up and soon wished he had kept his mouth shut.

“I’m warning you Danny, if you disappoint those girls and bail on that trip then I will rip every electronic you own out of the house and you will never see them again.”

It was a loosely veiled threat that he wasn’t sure she would follow through with, but Danny got the message and quickly put any ideas about ditching to rest.

The three girls pulled up together in Rebecca’s SUV and were pleasantly greeted by his mother in the early morning and invited inside. There was no mention of the earlier conversation between her and Danny, thinking it was best not to mention it.

“I made sure he packed last night so he wouldn’t set you guys back, but well you know what he’s like.”

She shook her head in frustration and the girls giggled when she called out for him.

“Danny you better be changed and get your bum out here mister or I’ll come in there and dress you myself.”

Danny blushed crimson, horrified at the embarrassment from his mother’s childish remarks. He quickly headed out and apologised to them for not being ready earlier.

He turned to his mother and said goodbye, she insisted on giving him a cuddle before he grabbed his bag and rushed out the door. He didn’t want to loiter any longer in case his mother decided to embarrass him any further.

Allie greeted him with a hug as they left the house together.

“I’m glad you decided to come along Danny for a moment I thought you might bail.”

“Thanks, but I wouldn’t bail on you guys.” He managed to say with a straight face.

He blushed as he stopped to take in her outfit; she was really taking her new ‘cute’ phase to the next level. At some point as of late she had delved down deep into the rabbit hole of Lolita fashion. She was currently dressed in an ultra girly pink and frilly jumper skirt and blouse, even her t-bar shoes were pink and childish. Her hair had been platted and placed in a large white bow. She had never dressed like this around Danny, he guessed now she was free to be her true self.

“Do you like it?” Annie said swishing her skirt. “I normally wouldn’t wear something so brazen but I figured, what the heck were on holiday.” She said with a shrug.

Danny debated what to say next before lying on. “It’s cute.” He really wasn’t sure what else he could say about it.

“Hurry up you two, Annie has a dress you can borrow in the car Danny if you’re so inclined.” She grinned at him, before jumping in the driver’s seat without giving him a chance to retort.

Annie squeezed his arm. “Don’t let her get to you Danny; I’ll make sure she behaves herself.”

Danny watched as Annie skipped off to the front seat and couldn’t help take Rebecca’s words to heart as he imagined himself wearing the same thing. He shivered at the thought; he wouldn’t dare and mentally scolded himself for already managing to let Rebecca get into his head.

“Come on Danny.” Jessica called out from the car. “You’re sitting next to me!”

That was what he needed to hear and Danny quickly perked up, any doubts he had about coming along on this trip had washed away. He was always amazed the way she was in such a perky mood this early in the day. He had never been an early riser but all three of the girls seemed to be awash with energy. Hopefully if he let himself relax into the vibes they were putting off and got into the spirit of it then he would perk up.

He buckled himself in and met Jessica’s excited grin, everything seemed to be headed in the right direction.

Danny unconsciously gripped onto his door handle as Rebecca’s car roared to life. Her driving always made him slightly nervous; her disregard for the speed limit and over confidence weren’t her best features especially coupled together. At least her car was seemingly built like a tank, it still didn’t fill him with confidence as she clipped the gutter pulling out of the drive way.

“Sorry about that guys, think that morning coffee went right to my head, I feel alive!” She pumped her fist up in the air and the girls echoed her sentiment with their own cheers.

“Come on Danny get into the spirit.” Jessica said playfully shaking his shoulder.

“Wooooo.” He replied with a minimal amount of enthusiasm.

“Is that the best you’ve got?” Jessica teased.

“He’s just grumpy because we woke the baby up from his nap.” Rebecca chimed in.

“Yeah well…. You’re a shit driver.” Danny said, cringing at his own retort.

Rebecca scoffed. “Sorry, coming from the one without a licence?” She said flicking her sunglasses down at him for dramatic effect.

“Knock it off guys; I don’t want to hear this for the whole trip.” Allie complained.

Jessica kept silent, acting as if she were blissfully unaware of the tension that Rebecca and Danny harboured towards each other.

Danny despised that Rebecca seemed to always be the one who got the last word in. But being respectful towards Allie he decided not to push it any further. It obviously wasn’t because he never knew what to respond with, she had clearly gotten the better of him with that one. She was always better at their banter then he was; it would make him feel slightly emasculated that she never ceased to gain the upper hand on him.

As they drove away Jessica was first to offer her curated playlist for the drive. Being quite eager to show off the perfect list of travel songs she had prepared for the trip. She and Danny had an eerily similar taste when it came to music. Both of them preferred the hits of the 70s and 90s as opposed to anything modern. Rebecca and Allie weren’t as enthusiastic with her choice of music but ignored it.

With the familiar roads and street signs growing out of sight Danny realised he hadn’t paid much attention to where they were headed. He knew it was a fair across the state border and their first stop was paying Jessica’s Auntie Tessa a visit. It wasn’t a very exhilarating stop in their schedule but it saved them having to pay for a motel along the way. She mentioned how excited her Aunt was to meet them all and the fact she would have plenty of space to house them.

“So what’s this fair called?” Danny asked.

He quickly regretted it though, as the moment he did he got three faces staring back at him looking both puzzled and annoyed.

“Did you pay attention to anything in the chat?” Jessica asked with her mouth agape.

Danny sunk back into his seat; he hated the possibility that Jessica seemed annoyed with him.

“I dunno; you guys talk a lot I’m happy with wherever as long as I’m with you guys.” He responded with a cheeky smile.

Each of the girls rolled their eyes, and Rebecca mimicked her revulsion at Danny’s remarks by sticking her finger towards her mouth.

“Cheesy and I don’t believe it for a second but at least you’re getting into the spirit of it.” Jessica chuckled.

“We’re going to Disney Land Danny, so get excited.” Allie said practically bouncing in her seat.

“Wayyyyy better than any crappy state fair, besides it was Allie’s idea, anything for my girl.” Rebecca declared.

Danny watched as Rebecca pulled Annie towards her possessively and planted a kiss over her forehead. He swore he caught a glimpse of Rebecca looking back at him as she let her go. Neither Annie nor Jessica would ever admit it, but Danny was convinced Rebecca had some deep resentment towards him. He wasn’t sure where it all stemmed from or what he had done to deserve it but he hoped she would at least remain civil around him.

It still stung watching his ex-girlfriend being flirtatious and intimate with someone else. At least it wasn’t with another guy but this wasn’t much better. He still felt somewhat like a loser for deciding to stick around her after everything and it was situations like this that helped remind him of that. It would be worth it in the end though, all the embarrassment and awkwardness he had been through if he could win Jessica over.

CHAPTER THREE

The trip was well under way now and Danny had finally begun to relax and unwind. After making a quick stop for the restroom and grab a bite to eat, the car talks had begun to move toward something more personal.

After Jessica had managed to get Annie to admit that she was the submissive one in her relationship with Rebecca it became her turn to ask.

“So Jess, what type of guys are you into?” Annie asked.

In the reflection she watched Danny awkwardly scrunch up in his seat.

“Yeah, ahhhh I guess….. I dunno maybe I don’t have a type.” Jessica said brushing the question aside.

“That’s not a real answer.” Rebecca interjected.

She quickly shot Annie a look, as if to say what are you planning here? But she was still mildly curious what her best friend would say, hopefully she would describe the complete polar opposite of Danny and put the whole thing to rest.

“Ok fineeeee, someone sweet and nice, just a really sensitive and caring guy, someone like Danny.” Jessica suddenly tacked that bit on the end as she rested her hand over his shoulder.

Danny could feel his heart rate quicken when he smiled back at Jess; everything was coming along perfectly. He desperately wished at that moment he would have the confidence to speak up and tell her how he felt.

Thankfully he thought better of it; it would probably be an awful and uncomfortable thing to bring up in front of everyone else, especially if she didn’t reciprocate the same feelings back to him.

Annie felt equally optimistic as Danny had from her response; it was pretty much as close to the answer as she was hoping to get. At least that’s what she thought before she turned to look at Rebecca and saw the smug I told you so face she was pulling back at her.

It took a moment for her to figure it out but when it clicked her expression grew sombre and she quickly turned and hid her face from Rebecca so that she couldn’t see she had bested her.

Someone like Danny, she repeated in her lead like a mantra. She was almost embarrassed it had taken so long to figure out. She was completely stuck on making Danny and Jess work out that she had completely missed the truthfulness behind what she had said.

She didn’t want Danny, even Annie had pulled a similar move on someone years ago. You want someone like that person but you don’t want that person. It was clear as crystal now, but now her heart was heavy with worry for her friend. She looked back at him and realized the ditzy boy in the reflection would have no idea about the truth behind what Jess had said.

Maybe his delusions were better in that regard, at least it wouldn’t put a dampener on the trip if he found out how she felt already.

A few more hours of driving had passed and Danny was really getting into the vibe of everything. He was laughing and carrying along with the girls; all four of them were having a really great time. Annie still couldn’t put the nagging doubt she had to rest that something was about to happen and bring everything crashing down. When Danny eventually found out the truth all bets were off, she could only hope he wouldn’t discover it until after they got back. It was kind of selfish on her part, but they all wanted to have a good time so her intentions were for everyone’s benefit she convinced herself.

“We’re almost hereeeee.” Jessica suddenly spoke up.

As much fun as they had been having on the drive over, each of them were eager to get out the car and stretch their legs, so it was high spirits all around accompanying the news of their arrival.

Only Jess knew what to expect as they rounded the final street corner to her Auntie’s place. It was a pretty standard suburban home, it was neither impressive nor unimpressive they realised pulling into the drive way. It was a simple single story home through and through that seemingly fit in with the rest of the suburbs aesthetic.

The moment Rebecca’s roaring SUV pulled up to the curb a homely looking middle-aged woman stepped out onto the front porch to meet them.

Jessica was first to hurriedly step out the car and rush to greet her Aunt. Danny watched curiously with nervous anticipation as the two hugged, both clearly excited to be reunited with one another. He had always been a bit of a nervous nelly when it came to meeting new people. Even in the least threatening situations such as these where it was someone’s family member and he was surrounded with familiar faces.

With some slight hesitation he was the last to hop out the car and timidly walked behind Annie and Rebecca as they walked over to introduce themselves.

“Auntie Helga, this is Annie, Rebecca and the nervous looking guy standing behind them is Danny.” Jessica said playfully sticking her tongue out at him.

“Well hello everyone, I’ve heard so much about you all!” She said in a sickly sweet voice. “Especially this handsome young fella over here.” Helga said grinning towards Danny.

As Helga walked over Rebecca grabbed Danny and pushed him forward.

“Ummm Hello, Miss Helga?” Danny stumbled on his words as he greeted her.

Helga smiled and smothered him in a big bear hug like they shared something as close as she did with Jessica and weren’t complete strangers.

“You can all call me Auntie!”

She released Danny, leaving him blushing and standing awkwardly after the overly friendly introduction. He had an idea now where Jessica got her overly friendly and welcoming nature from.

After giving both Annie and Rebecca similar greetings she ushered them all inside once they had all grabbed their bags from the car. She insisted on taking Danny’s bag inside and so reluctantly he let her pull it off his shoulders and she gently urged him forwards.

He did find it strange she was taking his when he was fully capable of carrying it himself. He shrugged it off though; she was probably just being nice. It also wasn’t the best first impression he had given her, timidly hiding behind the girls when they first met. Maybe she thought he was younger then he actually was. Thankfully none of the girls seemed to have noticed she had taken his bag for him, they were too preoccupied making their own way through the house.

“Ok Jess I still have the old room that you used to stay in, girls I made up the guest bedroom for the both of you, and that just leaves us with Mister Danny.”

Danny had been secretly hoping he would be sharing a room with Jessica, it wouldn’t be the first time they bunked together and he would have thought the house wasn’t large enough from outside to house each of them in separate rooms.

“So you have two choices, this is option number one.”

To say he was disappointed would have been a clear understatement; it shocked him how nonchalant Auntie had been as she showed it to him.

It was a complete nursery fully equipped with its own changing table and what seemed to be a regular sized bed with railing installed to change it into a crib. He could even see a mobile hanging over the top of it, the colour scheme was neutral blues and yellows but he would still never choose to stay in here.

“I know it’s a bit juvenile but the bed rail’s come down, see.”

Danny watched hesitantly from the door way as Auntie tugged them down.

“Ta-da!” She declared with a bit of pageantry.

He was forced inside when the girls pushed by the doorway to get a better look.

Rebecca chuckled. “This room suits you Danny!” She said at his expense.

“It’s a nursery.” Danny whined openly.

“I know, I know.” Auntie tossed aside his concerns. “But it’s only for a night I’m sure you will manage.”

She dropped his bag on the crib as if he had already made up his mind.

“You said there was another option.” Danny reminded her.

He hoped that somehow the other option would be bunking with Jess, but he wasn’t too confident it was that considering she hadn’t mentioned it in the first place.

Auntie stared thoughtfully for a moment before responded. “Yes well, at you’re age under my supervision I’m not a fan of boys and girls sharing the same room.”

Danny briefly glanced towards Annie and Rebecca with an accusatory look.

“But I’m making a special exemption this time for Annie and Rebecca.” Auntie replied seemingly knowing what Danny must be thinking.

“But I am still expecting them to be respectful.” Auntie said waving a finger at the two girls.

“We will be on our best behaviour.” Rebecca replied.

Without anyone’s knowledge she gently nudged Annie and showed her fingers crossed behind her back. Annie shook her head and mutter for her to behave.

“So the only other option that leaves us with is staying together in my room. It’s a big double bed so I don’t mind sharing and I could keep a very watchful eye on you!”

The girls all laughed as they watched Danny’s face blush red, looking around the room he knew it was regretfully the better option of the two.

“I’ll stay here.” He sighed.

“Awwww, ok well if you change your mind, give me a shout!” Auntie said before scrunching up his hair.

The girls began nosing around the nursery and Rebecca rudely rifled through the changing table and pulled a plain disposable pull up from one of the drawers.

“Look Danny Auntie even has diapers for you in your size.” She shook it at him tauntingly.

Auntie chuckled and took the pull up from her and tossed it around between her hands. “”Jessie’s cousin’s eldest has always had problems with bed wetting, let little one stays in here but we always keep the pull ups on hand for him.”

She held it out sizing him up with it. “Now you mention it I reckon he would be able to squeeze inside, it would be a tight fit though!”

Everyone laughed and Danny’s face went even redder.

“Sorry Danny.” Auntie began to apologise. “I’ll stop teasing and leave you to get settled.”

She ushered the girls out to give him some space while Danny stayed behind in the room he would be spending the night in. He shivered, unsure if he was cold or if it was from all the embarrassment he had just gone through. At least it would only be for one night he thought, trying to look at it optimistically. He decided not to bother unpacking and left everything together in his bag, he switched off the light before he left the room to find the others.

CHAPTER FOUR

The evening had gone by rather blissfully and Danny had soon forgotten he would be spending the night safely tucked away inside a baby’s nursery. Auntie had prepared a lovely home cooked meal for their dinner and each had put away their fair share. It was infinitely nicer than any of the truck stop food they had eaten that day and they all tucked away greedily.

After dinner they had gathered in the living room and were telling Auntie about their plans. It was sometime before Danny began yawning and Auntie announced it was probably time for them all to get some sleep.

They each said their goodnights and left Danny trudging off to his room. He sighed when he opened the door and briefly considered going back to Auntie’s room to tell her he had changed his mind.

He groaned as he closed the door behind him before changing into a plain navy shirt and a pair of boxer shorts. He switched off the light and reluctantly climbed into the crib, trying his best to imagine he was stepping into a normal bed. He tossed and turned under the sheets before he finally got comfy.

Danny was only moments away from sleep when his door creaked open and the feint light from the hallway crept inside and illuminated part of the room. His heart beat quickened as he briefly thought it could be Jess quietly sneaking into his room to climb into bed with him.

He slowly turned to face the intruder, immediately disappointed when he realised it wasn’t her who was skulking around.

“Oh good you’re still awake, I’m sorry if I woke you.”

“Auntie what’s going on?” Danny asked sheepishly.

She cautiously made her way over to him after leaving the door slightly ajar to faintly light the room.

“It’s about what Rebecca said earlier, you still wear diapers and I just wanted to make sure you had remembered to put one on.”

Danny was perplexed; he screwed up his face as he sat up in the bed. “No she was just teasing me I don’t wear diapers.”

Auntie took a seat beside him. “Honey its ok you have nothing to hide from me.”

Without taking his word for it she lifted up his sheet revealing what he said to be truthful.

“See I told you I don’t wear them.” He replied obnoxiously.

Auntie shook her head. “All I can see is someone who was too embarrassed to put on his protection.”

She gently placed her hand on over his knee, offering him a kind smile before pulling something out from behind her back that Danny had failed to notice before.

“I took it out earlier; I thought this would be a better way to approach it when we were away from everyone.”

Danny was taken aback, what could he say that might deter her.

“Auntie seriously I don’t wet the bed.” He said desperately.

He tried pulling his blankets back up, but Aunties firm grip on his sheets prevented him from doing so.

“Then just…. Humour me.” She smiled sweetly. “No one outside this room has to find out and I get the peace of mind that my sheets will still be dry in the morning.”

She began gently caressing his thigh like a mother would to comfort a troubled child.

“Jessie’s niece uses this room and she comes over often, so I would prefer if the mattress didn’t get stains on it. She wear’s diapers for that very reason, so the least you could do is wear this.”

Auntie sat the pull up down in front of him.

Danny gulped. “No one will find out?” He could hardly believe the words that were coming out of his mouth.

“I promise I won’t tell a soul.” She crossed a hand over her heart.

Danny had no reason to doubt her, but he was left with little choice in the matter anyway. It was only one night, he told himself.

“Ok fine.” He gripped the rails and was ready to push himself out of bed but Auntie stopped him.

“Here love just let me.” Auntie started to pull down his boxer shorts but Danny quickly stopped her and looked up at her with a fearful expression.

“If you make a fuss someone might hear us.” Auntie said warily.

It almost felt like she was threatening to bring the others in here with the way she had said it. However it was enough for him to loosen his grip on his underwear and meekly allow her to strip them off.

In one sudden swoop she had pulled them off his legs and Danny was forced to bare his nudity to someone he had just met. Instinctively his hands immediately went down to cover himself but Auntie pried them away before she started threading the crinkly pull up over his legs.

She had been right with her earlier assessment that day, the pull ups did fit but like she predicted they were quite snug. Danny couldn’t believe he was letting her do this to him, strapping him inside a pull up like he was some kind of bedwetting toddler.

Auntie fiddled with the crinkly pants for a moment, urging him upward so she could adjust them underneath.

“Seems like a good fit to me.”

She gave him a satisfied pat on the front of his crinkly pants.

Danny sat absentmindedly staring daggers at the pull up around his waist. He looked at it in disgust and was so distracted he hardly noticed when Auntie planted a kiss on the cheek and wished him goodnight.

It wasn’t until he heard the click of the railing and chiming from the mobile spinning above his head that Danny finally broke from his trance to watch Danny walk from the room. His first instinct was to call out for her but he was terrified the girls would hear him calling out and find him like this.

Instead he watched her leave and quietly closed the door before he started to fiddle with the latch on the crib. He took some time playing with it in the dark but clearly it was designed to be difficult, at least he told himself that to make him feel better. He wasn’t even sure how to stop the mobile from spinning and playing its hypnotising melody. He decided to lie back on his pillow for a moment and regain his composure. He briefly focused his attention on the mobile spinning around, watching the little plane and the little train next was the little car.

It was at that moment that he fell asleep without even realising it.

While Danny slept away blissfully with the adorable melody chiming away above him a pair of footsteps quietly made their way into his room and slowly approached him in the dark.

Morning came as the sun rays shined through the curtains and rested over Danny’s pillow. His eyes slowly began to flutter as he began to stir awake. He yawned and rubbed his eyes as he stretched, his arms connecting with the bars of the crib caused him to flinch and he soon remembered where he was.

Upon that revelation his eyes shot open as the events of the night before came flooding back to him. Carefully he pulled up the blanked from his body and couldn’t believe what he saw.

“No way.” He cried out in horror.

Slowly his hands crept forward and he gripped the swollen padding instantly confirming his suspicions.

“I wet myself.” Even saying it out loud he could hardly believe it to be true.

Danny was in shock; it didn’t make any sense he hadn’t wet the bed in as long as he could remember. How could this have happened, he couldn’t even fathom a reason as to why he would have now of all places.

He felt gross and teary eyed as he stumbled around the crib for the latch to pull the side down. At least the mobile was no longer spinning around him ne noticed looking at the dormant hanging vehicles.

“Come onnnnnnnn.” He whined in frustration as he pulled on it without success.

He realised someone must have heard him carrying on based on the sound of someone fast approaching his room from the hallway.

Danny griped the rails in terror and waited for whoever was outside to announce himself.

“I thought I heard something going on in here, looks like someone’s finally awake.”

It was Auntie who came through the door and was greeted by the sight of Danny kneeling over the railing; his soaked pull up sagging between his legs and looking like a deer caught in the headlights.

“Oh my, did I do that, sorry Danny just a force of happen please forgive me.” Auntie said, quickly walking over to release him from the crib.

Like an expert she unlatched it with ease and pulled down the railings where she got a good clear view of Danny and his wet padding.

“Well I can definitely see I made the right decision putting you in pull ups.”

She nonchalantly gripped his soggy pants and was quick to comment on its capacity.

“Jeeze you did a job on this I’m surprised you didn’t leak everywhere, if only I kept diapers around in your size!”

Danny sat their ashamedly as Auntie played with his pull ups, wishing he could just sink into the mattress and be teleported far away from here. As she spoke all Danny could do was keep his eyes looking over her shoulder fearfully at the open doorway, afraid at any moment one of his friends would come gallivanting into his room.

CHAPTER FIVE

Auntie noticed the fearful look across Danny’s face as he peered over her into the hallway.

“Oh the girls are out at the moment, you hadn’t come out of your room so I told them not to wake you.”

Danny’s heart sank as he filled with dread; his friends had left him behind he thought assuming the worst. Had they walked in and seen him and decided they didn’t want to bring a bed wetter along for the rest of the trip.

Auntie quickly reeled back as she saw how devastated he suddenly looked.

“Just for breakfast darling, my goodness I could really feel you tense up then, they wouldn’t leave you behind.”

His fears quickly alleviated but he was still feeling incredibly docile being in such a compromising position.

“Now I think you better get yourself into the shower and get cleaned up before they get back.” Auntie said as she helped him to his feet.

“Unless, you would rather me run a bath for you?”

Danny shook his head, he would much rather have a shower he couldn’t even remember the last time he had taken a bath.

“No worries darling it’s just down the hall.”

He had already used the bathroom multiple times since arriving and he didn’t think the reminder was necessary. Since he had arrived Auntie was treating him as if he were a child incapable of taking care of himself. Although as he padded down the hall way with his wet squelching pull up sagging between his legs, he was beginning to agree with her sentiment.

His padding fell to the bathroom floor with a wet thud and he quickly jumped inside the shower. He relished beneath the warm water as it poured down over his body, washing away the gross feeling of stale pee between his thighs.

He wanted to stay inside the shower for longer but he heard voices circulating around the house and realised the girls must be back.

He reluctantly turned off the water and was towelling himself dry when there was a sudden pounding against the door.

“DANNY, I need to piss.” Rebecca shouted.

“I’m coming, hold on.” He said annoyed.

Danny quickly gave himself another once over before pulling the towel around his waist and leaving the bathroom.

“About time.” Rebecca said, swatting his backside as she pushed past him.

She was always emasculating him in some way, but being completely honest Danny didn’t mind that playful side of her. She only took things too far when she made comments about his feelings for Jessica.

He was stopped in the hallway when Jess and Annie appeared from the kitchen.

“Someone’s finally awake.” Jessica said giving him a cheeky grin as she stared at his near nakedness.

Danny felt quite anxious being so underdressed in front of his friends. He was always nervous about his looks; he had a pretty scrawny body and had always been unimpressed by it. He almost looked underdeveloped when he was with the girls and they were all equal his size. He had considered joining a gym but he was always way too nervous to go through with it.

“We got you breakfast.” Annie said cheerfully, holding up a brown paper bag.

She was dressed again in a similar dress, this one was lavender and adorned with little white buttons shaped like flowers. It was funny that he always thought her choice of clothing had become so juvenile and childish when he had been wearing a soaked pull up not long ago. He quickly averted his gaze when he realised he had been staring at her for an awkward length of time. Turning to Jessica it was a stark contrast in what she was wearing with her thin spaghetti string tank top and navy denim shorts.

“T..thanks.” Danny stumbled. “What did you get me?”

“Youre favouriteeeeee.” Jessica said. “Now go get dressed we have to leave soon.” She commanded.

The girls eventually stepped aside and allowed him to pass freely into his room.

Danny shut the door behind him and let out a sigh of relief. He still felt rather rattled after waking up that morning in a crib with a wet pair of pull ups. He shuddered when he recounted the events in his head, how Auntie had caught him and chastised him for not having his padding on before doing it herself.

It was a relief pulling up a pair of underwear over his legs, but it was that moment that he remembered what he had left on the bathroom floor.

“Fuck…” He whined squeamishly.

Danny had left his soggy pull up with his shirt and he couldn’t recall if he had dumped it over the top or not. He sat on his bed stressed out of his mind that Rebecca may have discovered it that he completely disregarded that he was supposed to be getting dressed so they could leave.

He had been so distracted that he still had his underwear at his feet when suddenly Auntie opened his door. He tried pulling them up the moment the door creaked open but all he managed to do was trip over his own feet and fall flat on the bedroom floor.

“Oh Danny are you alright!” Auntie said, rushing to his aid.

Jess and Annie had rushed inside when they heard the loud thump and Auntie’s shock.

“Auntie?” Jess asked walking in and seeing a naked Danny being pulled to his feet. “What’s going on, why do you have that?”

Danny followed her gaze and saw the pull up she had dropped at her feet as she had helped him up. Why did she have that with her, he wondered nervously.

He was too focused on covering his nudity to even ask her himself.

“I was just coming in to help Danny with his protection.” Auntie told her as if it was the most normal thing in the world to be doing.

Danny quickly tensed up, he saw the strange glances he was getting from Annie and Jess and quickly blurted out. “I don’t need that!”

“Guys what’s going on?” It was Rebecca this time. “Danny did you leave this in the bathroom.”

At once everyone turned to see Rebecca holding his dirty pull up with an outstretched hand like it was the most revolting thing in the world to be carrying.

Danny’s face had gone beet red, no one was supposed to find out about this, he had no idea how to even begin explaining himself.

“Danny had an accident last night in his pull up, it’s nothing to make a big deal over I was just bringing him a new one for the drive.”

“NO.” Danny shouted. “I’m not wearing that, I don’t wet myself.” He whined.

“That’s what you told me last night Danny; I already told you it’s nothing to be embarrassed about.”

“I’m not wearing it.” He refused.

“Well I’m not having you piss all over my car, just put it on we don’t care.” Rebecca said dumping the soiled pull up on the floor.

“Girls!” Auntie threw her hands up in exasperation. “Please would you give us a minute?”

Reluctantly Rebecca and Jessica left the room; Annie was about to step outside but decided to ignore her and stay.

Before Auntie could say anything Annie had already grabbed the clean pull up from the floor and brought it over to Danny.

She gently took one of his hands in her own as she spoke softly to him. “Come on Danny I promise no one will judge you for it.”

“But I don’t need it.” He pleaded, not noticing the tears starting to form in his eyes.

“Just wear it for me then.” Annie smiled sweetly at him. “You can take it off when we get there.”

She handed him the pull up and he reluctantly took it from her.

Auntie watched with an approving nod at Annie’s handling of the situation.

“Can you guys at least turn around?” Danny asked.

They obliged and allowed Danny to put it on with relative privacy.

For the second time he had found himself in a pair of crinkly underwear, he couldn’t fathom the humiliation waiting for him when the girls finally confronted him about it.

Auntie heard the tell-tale signs of the pull up snapping into place and turned around to help adjust his padding.

Danny and Annie locked eyes as Auntie fixed the sides, she gave him a sympathetic look and he timidly looked away.

“It will have to do.” Auntie said in a huff. “If you guys have a chance you should really stop by and pick up something that fits him better.”

Annie snapped to attention when she realised it was directed at her. “Ohhh, ahh yes of course, well stop by… somewhere.” She said trailing off, unsure where she was going with it.

They left Danny alone to get dressed but not before Auntie peeled away his soggy pull up from the carpet.

Finally Danny was left to process what had just happened, he shakily pulled on some clothes as he fought back the urge to cry.

How could this have happened, he wondered hopelessly. Swallowing his pride he pulled his bag over his shoulders and left the room.

CHAPTER SIX

“Thanks.” He muttered in gratitude as he took the brown paper bag from Jessica.

Everyone sat around him wordlessly as he ate the pink sprinkled doughnut. The tension was so overwhelming you could cut it with a knife.

“So I guess it will be me that addresses the elephant in the room then.” Rebecca spoke up. “Danny what’s going on?”

He shrugged and picked away at the loose sprinkles that had fallen on his shirt.

“It was just an accident.” Auntie said nonchalantly as she carried a bundle of laundry with her. “Like I said it’s no big deal, the only real issue is you really need to get him some protection that fits better.”

Danny cringed in his seat at the casual reminder of the infantile padding he had been forced to wear.

Jessica placed her hand over his wrist. “Since when did you start having problems wetting yourself?” She asked, her voice conveying the concern she held for her friend.

“I don’t.” Danny replied rather bluntly.

“Well clearly we know that’s not true.” Rebecca rebutted.

“Just leave it guys; he will speak to us about it when he’s ready.” Annie said rushing to his defence. “We just want you to know that it doesn’t bother us and we don’t think any of you as any less of a man.”

Rebecca was mighty tempted to say something then, along the lines of ‘Yes because you never were one.’ But luckily she managed to bite her tongue realising it probably wasn’t the best time.

“I think you guys better hit the road now, wouldn’t want to keep you from all the fun.” Auntie said merrily.

It was clear she was trying to change the subject and move things along for the group. It did the trick however and soon they were saying their goodbyes as Jess promised that they would stop in again on the way back home.

Danny was ready for another uncomfortably long hug and she didn’t disappoint. She held him for a lengthy amount of time before subtly pulling his jeans back over his pull up to stop the edge from peeking out.

They all piled into the car each harbouring a much more solemn mood then the one they had started with.

“So Danny.” Rebecca began no longer able to resist saying something. “Do you need us to remind you to use the potty or can you manage.”

Annie grumbled and shook her head in disapproval.

“What I was just trying to lighten the mood.”

Danny ignored her but slowly peered over to Jessica who had stayed pretty quiet throughout and was now just absentmindedly staring out the window.

“I’m sorry.” Danny said to her, suddenly feeling racked with guilt.

Jessica screwed up her face and quickly looked back at him.

“Why would you be sorry?” She asked with genuine puzzlement.

“For ruining the trip.” He replied sadly.

Jessica shook her head. “You didn’t ruin anything; I just don’t understand why you would keep something like this from me we’re supposed to be best friends.”

Danny had never heard Jessica call him her best friend before; it was a far reach from being boyfriend and girlfriend but suddenly that label sounded pretty nice. He hadn’t noticed Rebecca’s reaction to Jess’s comment, and the look of disapproval she had. She was clearly under the impression that they were still best friends and was not happy with the new revelation.

Danny considered telling the truth, that this was some unexplainable freak accident. But he knew it would fall on deaf ears and only increase the tension they were all experiencing some level of.

Instead he decided to go with option number two, for now he would just play along. Once they all saw he was fully capable of using the bathroom and not have another accident for the rest of the trip then maybe they would be more willing to believe him. They were supposed to be staying with Auntie on the way back home and he was hoping that they would back up his story if there were no further incidents.

“I’m sorry for not telling you about it.”

It felt so uncomfortable lying to her much different than when he tried to concoct a reason to not go on this trip in the first place. But he knew she wouldn’t believe him and just get mad at him for not being open about his apparent loss of toilet training; so it left him with little options.

“It’s ok.” Jess said tenderly holding his hand in her own. “Just tell me about these things ok, we’re your friends, you don’t have to hide anything from us.”

Danny nodded; it was actually really sweet how she was looking out for him.

The mood had still not fully recovered and they all did their best to put everything behind them. But there was still some level of tension hanging heavy in the air for the rest of the drive.

After another final pit stop to fill up on gas they had finally reached the Airbnb they had booked. They were all quite keen to finally get there and stretch their legs. Danny was again the last to leave the car and hesitantly walked through the unfamiliar house like a lost little boy.

He walked over to the last free room and when he opened the door his heart sank.

“Oh you’ve got to be kidding me.” He wailed.

It was another nursery, how could he be this unlucky it was unfathomable.

Jessica rushed over and saw his room and couldn’t help bursting out with laughter.

“It’s ok this is the extra room, you’re in here with me.” She pulled him back to her room. “Unless you would rather stay in the nursery because that’s ok too.”

She playfully stuck out her tongue at him.

“Har har.” Danny replied dryly.

Truthfully he was ecstatic at the prospect that the two of them would be sharing a room. He did his best to mask his excitement with a blank expression as he walked inside. There were two single beds on opposite sides of the room; and while he had been hoping it would be a double bed it was still infinitely better than having to sleep inside a nursery again.

“Soooo do you have spare pull ups or do we need to pick you up some.” She asked, waiting nervously for his response afraid she might have pushed the boundries.

He didn’t have the courage to look her in the eye when he replied. “I didn’t bring any.” He said truthfully.

“It’s ok we need to go get groceries so we’ll pick you up some at the store.”

He offered her a subtle nod of approval before she suddenly rushed over and threw her arms around and gave him a big cuddle from behind.

“I’m glad you’re here with us.” She hummed.

“What’s going on in here?” Annie asked as she and Rebecca spied on them through the doorway.

“Just saying that we need to get Danny some more pull ups.” She replied, loosening her grip on him.

“Are you sure he doesn’t need diapers.” Rebecca said, getting an annoyed glare from the other girls in response.

“That’s up to Danny, don’t tease him Becca.” Jessica said in his defence.

Danny cringed at how openly they were all speaking about his non-issue; it was all just so unwarranted and strange. He could feel the crinkly underpants beneath his jeans; every time they rustled it was a constant reminder that he was still wearing them.

It all became so much worse as Rebecca casually walked over to him.

“Come on I’m not making fun of him, just trying to get him to open up around us clearly he’s been hiding things.”

No one was expecting what happened next as Rebecca yanked down his jeans exposing his babyish underwear to the room.

“REBECCA.” Annie cried in revulsion.

“Not cool Becs.” Jessica said in disbelief.

Rebecca threw her arms up in the air. “Whatever I’m just trying to say were cool with it, no one cares if you wear pull ups Danny.”

Everything was suddenly eerily silent and each of the girl’s mouths hung agape as they realised what was happening.

Danny was distraught, no no no no he muttered wordlessly. Somehow the shock of having been exposed to his friends in this manner had caused him to lose control and start uncontrollably weeing into his pull up.

He didn’t even realise he needed to go and yet here he was pissing himself in front of his friends.

“Oh my god did you really just wet yourself.” Rebecca recoiled in shock.

Annie quickly pulled her out of the room and shut the door, leaving Danny and Jess standing there awkwardly neither knowing what to say.

At least his flow had come to an end before the pull up leaked, but it was hanging dangerously between his legs as the pee soaked into every inch of the padding.

“I ummmm…..” Danny began to choke up.

“Hey it’s ok.” Jess said rushing over to him.

She leant down and helped pull the jeans off his ankles, his pull up dangling right in front of her.

“I’ll speak to Bec’s, that wasn’t cool.” She handed him back his jeans. “Stay here and get cleaned up, we passed a pharmacy on the way in I’ll go and get you some more protection then we can all go get groceries together.”

She paused on her way out of the room. “Did you want pull ups or diapers?”

Danny lip trembled before he responded. “Ahhh… pull ups please.”

Jessica took another looked at the state of his underwear.

“Are you sure?”

Danny shook his head; Jessica was seemingly sure of his choice but decided not to press the matter any further.

She left the room leaving him standing there to ashamed to do anything.

CHAPTER SEVEN

Danny sat back down on his bed in a huff, his pull up squelched beneath him and he cautiously brushed across his sheets with his palm, afraid it might have leaked.

This trip was quickly turning out to be a disaster, the moment things seemed to finally go his way he found himself at a new low. It was emasculating having the girls witness him in this predicament, not to mention Jess. How would he manage to win her heart when she had seen him helplessly soak his pull up in front of her.

He heard Rebecca’s car pull away from the driveway and he realised he at least had his privacy now to deal with his mess. It was quickly proven untrue however when he heard a quiet knock at his door.

“Danny it’s me can I come in?” He heard Annie’s voice calling from the other side.

He looked down at the state of his underwear and sighed, she had already seen him at his lowest what did it matter if she saw him again.

“Yeah come in.” He called back gloomily.

She cautiously entered the room and did her best not to stare at the drenched pull up.

“Rebecca left with Jess, I’m sorry about her.” There was a hint of sadness and regret with her apology.

“It’s ok, it wasn’t your fault.” Danny replied resisting the urge to cover himself; afraid it might bring more attention to his babyish underwear.

His hands dangled limply at his sides before he pulled them slyly behind his back.

Annie came and sat with him on the bed, pushing her skirt down as she did.

The gravity of Danny’s earlier worries had proven their weight now. He realised seeing Annie in her childish dress she still looked drastically more mature then he did with a wet pull up on display.

“So how come you started dressing like this.” He tried changing the subject.

Annie giggled. “Do you really want to talk about that now?”

Even Danny had to smile at the absurdity that he was addressing what she was wearing and was ignoring his own.

“I was just curious.” He shrugged.

He always liked hanging out with Annie; he never felt like she judged him or pressured him in anyway. It was probably what he missed most about her back from when they were dating. But this was definitely a new side to her that Rebecca had seemingly brought out and he was genuinely intrigued by it.

“Ok but if I tell you then you tell me the truth about yours?” She said holding out her hand.

“I promise.” He said one hand over his heart the other shaking hers.

Annie laughed again. “Ok well I guess ever since I came out as gay I just felt more open about expressing myself in other ways.”

She playfully kicked her feet and looked down at her Mary Jane style shoes before continuing.

“I always liked cute, pink, girly things but felt so childish about it, I think forcing myself to ignore it only made that side of me stronger when it eventually came out.” She tossed her braided hair back over her shoulder. “Rebecca was really good with bringing that side of me out, she’s so confident and only encourages me to be myself.”

Danny looked quite bashful, he really wanted to address it and he figured that things couldn’t possibly be more awkward then they were now so why not just bite the bullet.

“Then why is she such a bitch to me.” He bit his lip, quickly regretting the name calling but thankful that Annie chose to ignore it.

“It really isn’t my place to say Danny.” Annie looked out as she stared thoughtfully into space. “She had a bad experience with a guy who was meant to protect her from that kind of stuff, ever since she hasn’t trusted another man since.”

Danny could swear he could almost see a single tear start to appear in Annie’s eye and he quickly felt a rush of guilt for bringing it up.

“It took a lot of convincing to get her to even meet you, I get that she’s so standoffish but please realise it’s nothing personal.”

It was such a meaningful moment for Annie to be telling him all this, he would honestly have treasured it more if he wasn’t sitting next to her in a wet pull up that was growing colder and clammier by the minute.

“You’re literally the only guy she has anything to do with, I know it’s unfair that she’s hard on you but I promise she likes you.”

Danny was unconvinced. “Doesn’t seem like it to me.”

Annie turned and met Danny in the eye. “Just try opening up to her more, it might seem silly but this whole situation could work in your favour.”

Danny screwed up his face trying to figure out what she had meant by that.

“You’re not exactly a macho guy I know, but she’s just trying to establish herself as the alpha. I guess she’s just threatened by you.”

“Riggghhht.” Danny scoffed.

“Hear me out.” Annie started. “You were first to meet me, we dated back in high school and we still hang out. I always talk about what a great guy you are to try and get her off your back and now her only other real friend has just come out and said that suddenly you’re her best friend.”

Danny realised there was actually some weight to what she was telling him, when she listed everything like that he felt like such a ditz for not noticing it before.

“I know you really like Jess but imagine how that feels for Rebecca, the thought of her losing her best friend to a guy who used to date me. I know it isn’t fair to put that burden on you but just consider it from her point of view.”

This whole conversation was a big eye opener for Danny; he wasn’t sure how to even react to these new found revelations.

“What should I do then?” He asked.

“Want my complete honesty?” Annie paused. “Just consider being more submissive around her.”

She watched the confusion that was evident from the change in his expression.

Like….. think of her as the Alpha, show her you’re not a threat and maybe she would even come around to the idea of you and Jess being together.

Danny wasn’t convinced. “And how should I do that?”

Annie wondered for a moment. “When she asks you to do something, or suggests something just agree with her.”

“What with anything?” Danny said feeling slightly agitated at the idea.

“Just give it a shot, I dunno it could work it’s just an idea.” Annie said, not entirely convinced by it herself. “Now it’s your turn mister, what’s the deal with this?” She came out bluntly and pointed at his pull up.

“There’s not much to say really, Auntie thought I had problems with bed wetting because of what Rebecca said so she asked me to wear one.” Danny cringed as he thought back to the awkward conversation. “So I agreed just to make her happy, then for some reason I woke up wet.”

Annie waited to see if he had more to say. “And that’s it? What about now you just wet yourself again without knowing?”

Danny shrugged. “I dunno maybe stress; this is the second time it’s happened since as far back as I can really remember.”

“Wow that’s, ummmstrange.” Annie said and Danny nodded in agreement. “So I guess you don’t really need them then, but why didn’t you say….”

Annie trailed off before quickly catching on. “Gotcha, yeah we didn’t really believe you did we.”

“I guess now you can help me convince the others.” Danny asked hopefully.

Annie shook her head. “Unless….”She thought for a moment. “I mean this could all work in your favour.”

“How could it possibly do that?” Danny scoffed.

“Well, Rebecca is definitely not going to see you as a threat if you’re wondering around in pull ups and Jess said she wanted someone who is open and honest with her.”

Danny huffed. “Yeah I’m sure diapers are a real turn on for her.”

“It shows your sensitive side, it might seem ridiculous but you did already have two accidents anyway so it isn’t like you’re completely innocent in all of this.”

The whole idea was ludicrous but Danny did have to agree that there was some truth to what she was telling him.

“Just wear them for the trip and hopefully you won’t have another accident, if you do then maybe it clears up by the time you get home.” Annie grinned and snapped the back of his wet pull up. “If not then we’ll just have to tell your mummy to get you a changing table.”

Danny blushed and pushed her away but his smile was obvious, Annie had evidently begun to cheer him up.

The two laughed and continued to talk openly with one another until they heard Rebecca’s car pulling back up the driveway.

CHAPTER EIGHT

It was the moment of truth Danny realised as he tried listening in to what the three girls were saying about him from his bedroom door. All he could hear was feint muffled voices and rather than put it off any longer he walked out to greet them.

He felt quite shameful and helpless as he toddled over to them with his pull up still on display, not bothering to put on any pants. You could have heard a pin drop as he entered the kitchen when everyone turned to acknowledge him. He saw Jess quickly tuck a bag aside but didn’t pay any mind to it, he was to frozen up to even try and say something to break the silence.

“We got you pull ups.” Rebecca said pulling the package out.

He muttered his thanks as she tossed it across the table to him. He turned the package over in his hands, at least the design was pretty tame, and the briefs were stripped and looked just like normal underwear.

“Hello earth to Danny, are you going to go get changed or do you need me to change your diaper for you?”

He could feel the heat in his cheeks rising as he looked up and saw Rebecca’s smug expression lording over him.

“Yes.” He said with bated breath.

“Yes what.” Rebecca replied in confusion.

“Can you help me please?” Danny asked again, more clearly this time.

The room fell silent again and Danny stood limply as he fought the urge to run from the room.

“Ok, let’s go then I guess.” Rebecca finally told him.

Jessica and Annie watched in bewilderment as Rebecca led Danny from the room. Clearly this wasn’t what Annie had in mind when she told him to be more agreeable, but she wasn’t going to step in now.

Rebecca seemed just as nervous as Danny was as she led him into the bathroom and he stood their shyly as he waited for her direction.

She realised he wasn’t going to do anything so she hooked her hands around his pull up and slid them down his legs.

“Here clean yourself up.” She said handing over some toilet paper.

Danny stepped out of his wet pull up before shakily drawing the tissue up between his legs and over his groin. He wasn’t sure if he got everything or not but he quickly tucked the paper into the used pull up and patiently waited.

This time Rebecca pulled a fresh pull up out of the packet and holding it between her hands she knelt down before him.

“Ok step in.” She told him anxiously.

Danny obliged, holding onto her shoulders for balance, one leg followed the other and Rebecca quickly pulled his new underwear up into place.

“Looks good.” Rebecca told him plainly.

Danny noticed she wasn’t going to adjust it like Auntie had. He quickly thanked her before managing to remember to grab his dirty pull up and excused himself from the room.

Before he could leave Rebecca quickly snatched the soiled garment away from him.

“I’ll get rid of it, you can go get changed.” She said without making eye contact.

Danny muttered his thanks again before toddling off to his bedroom, his movements much more natural now without the soggy pull up sagging between his legs.

Oh my god I can’t believe I just did that, he thought to himself as he closed the bedroom door.

He was sure that wasn’t what Annie had had in mind when she told him to be more agreeable. He couldn’t believe he’d even suggested it or that Rebecca had agreed to help him. It all weighed heavily on his mind and Danny wasn’t sure if he had made the right decision. It was too late now though, he quickly pulled on his jeans and decided the longer he waited before returning back to the others the more uncomfortable it eventually would be.

This time when Danny walked into the kitchen Rebecca quickly spoke up.

“Hands.” She said.

He stood their unsurely.

“Wash your hands.” She repeated herself more clearly this time.

Danny nodded and quickly scooted off to the bathroom making sure to wash them thoroughly. He felt like a little kid being scolded by his mother and tried to hide the embarrassment on his face when he returned.

“Soooooo.” Jess tapped her hands repeatedly on the kitchen table. “Grocery store?”

Everyone nodded and they all headed out into the car, Rebecca even held Danny’s door open for him as the others watched on in stunned silence.

“Thank you.” He said before clambering in.

Before he could turn back and shut the door she was already reaching over and buckled him in before closing it herself.

Danny blushed as he turned and saw Jessica looking back at him with the most confused look on her face.

The car pulled away and Jessica was first to break the silence.

“Did I miss something?” She asked the two of them.

No one replied and Danny sat stiffly as he looked out the window, pretending like he hadn’t heard her.

“Are we just not going to talk about it?” She paused. “Because that’s fine, just as long as you guys are getting along then I guess we’ll take that as a win.”

Everyone seemingly agreed with her sentiment and so Jess changed the subject like nothing unusual had just taken place. It took a while but when all four of them were at the shops deciding what to get for food things seemingly begun to go back to normal.

At some point Danny found he was alone in the aisle with Rebecca and Annie. Out of the corner of his eye he noticed Rebecca bounding up to him and was about to acknowledge her when she suddenly turned him around and pulled the waistband of his pull up from the back of his jeans.

Danny froze while Rebecca took a moment to thoroughly check the state of his underwear. All he could do was use the time to stare blankly down the aisle and prey no one would come down and see him in the middle of a diaper check.

Finally she let his crinkly pants snap back into place and pulled down his shirt, giving him a condescending pat of approval across his bottom.

“All dry Danny.” She announced approvingly.

As Rebecca walked away it left Danny wondering if she genuinely thought he might have had an accident, or if she was using the moment to assert her dominance over him.

Annie having bared witness to the whole display soon approached him.

“What’s going on with you, this wasn’t what I had in mind when I said be more suggestible around her.”

“Yeahhhh about that.” He fumbled on what to say. “I guess I just didn’t think it through well enough.” Danny finished with a shrug.

Annie scratched her head, it wasn’t really a bad thing and at least they seemed to be getting along.

“Just be careful.” She told him forebodingly. “Becca can get a bit carried away with this type of stuff.”

Danny watched her facial expression change and noted the subtle look of worry she had. Just before he had a chance to address it Jessica appeared from around the corner.

“Are you guys finished?” She asked, nearly stumbling with her arms chocked full of groceries.

Danny nodded as Annie walked over with her arms outstretched and took her share of the burden. He realised he should offer his help too but the two girls had already left for the registers.

He quickly grabbed a couple of snacks and bumped into Rebecca as he ran to catch up.

“God you’re clumsy.”

She glared at him while grinning from ear to ear.

“My treat.” Rebecca winked before grabbing his snacks and chucking them top of her basket.

Danny walked with her to the checkout and stood by silently as she dumped everything onto the belt.

It took a moment for him to notice but when he did it spooked him.

“What is that-” He cut himself short to avoid a questioning look from the cashier.

Danny watched with in awe as the woman scanned through the milk, bread, baby powder, wipes and what he realised could only be a baby’s pacifier.

He stared at Rebecca anxiously, but she ignored his obvious look of disdain. Was this what Annie had warned him about, why would Rebecca have bought him these things? His mind flooded with questions without any answers, he could only assume the worst until he had the opportunity to approach her about it.

When she had finally paid for everything he saw a window to confront her. But before he even had a chance to pull her aside she almost flew out the store and he had to practically break into a run to keep up. Danny realised it was intentional and he wouldn’t dare bring it up in the car in front of everyone so instead he decided to keep silent until they made it home and he could find a moment alone with her.

CHAPTER NINE

The contents of the shopping bag Rebecca had stuffed into the boot of her car weighed heavily on Danny’s mind. In fact he was so preoccupied that he had even momentarily forgotten about the pull up he still wore underneath his jeans. It was quite a foreboding feeling that washed over him while head drew up some pretty inconceivable conclusions. Was she planning on treating me like a baby this whole trip, what would Jessica think if she knew? He thought about the nursery back at the house and the one he had stayed in at Aunties. Why did he keep finding himself in such compromising situations.

He realised truthfully that he only had himself to blame; if he hadn’t wet himself back at her place then this wouldn’t have all spiralled out beyond his control. Everyone was enjoying the uplifted mood and he was sure it was only Rebecca that had any idea how nervous he must be feeling right about now. Thankfully no questioned Danny’s silence while he mulled over his predicament.

Before he knew it they had made it back when Danny had a sudden genius idea appear burst into his head. The moment Rebecca put the car in park he would grab the bag from the boot and ditch the stuff she bought before anyone would be the wiser.

His hand lingered over the door handle, rapping against the hard plastic while he bided his time. He waited for the perfect moment when Rebecca pulled into the driveway and pulled his door open. Except it didn’t open, he tried and failed again before looking up and catching Rebecca’s smile as she left the car.

The child lock, he watched her move to the boot and take the bag.

“Oh Danny, sorry must of left the lock on.” She winked back at him through the window.

She pulled open his door with the most satisfied look plastered across her face.

He watched Annie and Jess walking over to the house and without giving it much thought tried to snatch the bag away. Rebecca’s reactions were on point and she quickly withdrew her arm behind her back as he tried grabbing it.

“My, aren’t you the brazen one.” She taunted him with teasing a waggle of her finger.

“Why did you buy all that?” He whined.

Rebecca stood smugly. “Because you’ve proven how mature you actually are.”

“I thought you were starting to like me.” Danny said looking exceptionally crestfallen.

She put her arm over his shoulder like a parent about to deliver some bad news.

“I don’t know why you would think I didn’t like you.”

Danny felt awkward, he knew he was being spoken down to; but he honestly would have believed her if he didn’t already know what the contents of that bag were.

“But I definitely like this side of you a LOT more.”

She reached down and grabbed his backside, scrunching Danny’s pull up through his trousers.

“Come along diaper boy.”

Rebecca walked off cackling away like a wicked witch, after the initial shock wore off Danny quickly toddled along after her.

He was terrified she would dump the contents of the bag onto the bench where Jessica and Annie had already started unpacking. Fortunately he watched as Rebecca took it back into her bedroom. He reminded himself to find the opportunity later to rummage through her room and find it. But the thought of getting caught snooping around would probably not bode well for him. Especially with the way his luck was panning out he was bound to get caught in the act.

Danny considered confronting her again even though his last attempt had produced no results. But before he had the chance Jessica charged out into the hallway.

“Come on guys, it’s time for shots!”

They followed her into the kitchen and got a good look at the large selection of booze she had bought. It looked enough to fill the bellies of a rowdy crew of pirates; Jessica was always an expert when it came to supplying a party with the hooch.

When the music started cranking they all got into it, Jessica was the best type of hype girl and always excelled at pulling people out of there comfort zones. Even Danny who hardly touched a drink was downing his share of vodka and raspberry shots. He felt crazy that he was going in so hard, but he needed something that would take his mind off everything. Besides, the way that Jessica seemed to be cosying up to him and enjoying this new wild side of Danny he hardly wanted to slow things down now.

When they all stumbled into the living room it was clear each of them were thoroughly intoxicated.

“Danny I never seen you this FUN.” Jessica hiccupped, barely managing to piece together a coherent sentence.

He was practically beaming at this point; everything seemed to be going so much better now.

“Dannnnyyyy.”Rebecca stumbled over to him. “Time for diapeee check.”

Before he even had the opportunity to react to her advances she had already yanked his pants right down to his ankles for a second time.

As drunk as Danny was he still had enough inhibitions to realise his pull up was on display to the entire room.

“Looks dryyy to mee.”

She tackled him to the couch and began tickling his sides.

“Knock it off!” Danny blurted out as he laughed uncontrollably.

Even Jessica jumped onto him and started digging in; all Annie could do was watch as the inevitable happened. The combination of the embarrassment, shock and large consumption of alcohol and before he could stop it Danny was peeing helplessly into his pull up.

“Oh,ohhhh.”Rebecca said, imitating a child’s voice. “Looks like the baby needs his diaper changed.”

Danny may have been hammered but he was sober enough to realise how low he suddenly felt. He couldn’t dwell on it for long because before he knew it he was being pulled back to his feet with the wet pull up causing the familiar diaper sag between his legs. Both of them stumbled along into Rebecca’s room and she wasted no time pushing him down on the bed.

“What are you doingggggg.”Danny whined.

Rebecca ignored his cries and ripped the drenched pull up from his legs. Danny was too startled and inebriated to offer any resistance as she wobbled back over and dumped a bag beside him. She pulled a wipe and started cleaning the wee that still clung wetly to his thighs.

“Never thought I would ever be doing this with a guy.” She laughed manically.

Danny’s face was as red as a tomato, what would the others be thinking of him if they could see what was happening. Like clockwork Annie soon appeared at the doorway.

“Danny.” She slurred. “You can stop this, Becca leave him alone.”

She watched him worriedly from the doorway and Danny met her gaze. He should have listened, stood up and walked from the room away from all of this. But he was feeling so weak and Rebecca was being so assertive.

Rebecca stumbled over and shut the door in Annie’s face. “Danny needs his diaper changed babe.” She shouted back at her.

He could feel a tear appear in the corner of his eye as he watched her pull a diaper from the bag.

“Where did you get those?” He wailed.

“Pharmacy.” Rebecca hiccupped. “We didn’t only get you the pull ups, it was my idea.”

Danny tensed up as the diaper was pushed beneath him, did that mean Jessica knew about them too since they drove together in the morning. He was mortified that the girl of his dreams was in the other room knowing full well what was happening in here.

He didn’t have an ounce of the courage he needed to stand up to Rebecca and stop what was happening. So he lay there stiffly as she showered his groin in baby powder before pulling the diaper over and tapping it shut.

If he thought the pull ups were bad the diaper was infinitely worse. It was thicker, bulkier and it crinkled much louder.

Rebecca awkwardly pulled him to his feet and Danny had to cling to her to avoid stumbling over. Before he could leave the room she shoved the pacifier into his mouth seemingly from nowhere.

“There now the baby is all safe in his fresh diapiee.” Rebecca hiccupped again.

She gave him a condescending pat on his crinkly bottom before pushing him out of the room. Annie was standing in the hallway waiting and he was sure she had been listening in the whole time.

There was a look of disappointment across her face as she watched him stumble past.

Danny shivered when he realised Jessica was about to see him dressed like a baby, he could only guess from Annie’s reaction how much worse hers might be.

CHAPTER TEN

Danny was shaking by the time he returned to the living room and Jessica got to see him in all his diapered glory.

“Babbbbyyyyyyy.” She said drunkenly.

She sat on the sofa with her arms outstretched towards Danny who in turn stood stiffly looking back at her in hesitation. He suddenly felt a thump in his back causing him to lose his footing and fall right onto the couch and into the arms of Jessica.

“You’re wearing a diaper!” She proclaimed booping his pacifier.

She grinned at him and Danny remained limp, this should have been a dream having her be this close to him but he was so ashamed.

“Why such a sad babyyyyy.” Jessica cooed.

It was clear she was the drunkest in the group.

“Becca, why did you do that to him?” Annie asked.

She wasn’t sure if she was referring to diapering him or pushing him in the back but the answer was still the same.

“Because he likessss it.” Rebecca winked back at her.

They both watched as Jess fawned over him, playfully tugging on his diaper and kissing him on the cheek. She even pushed him back on the couch pulled off his shirt and gave him a raspberry.

“Stooooop.” Danny giggled helplessly.

Truthfully that was the exact opposite he wanted; he tried to ignore the fact that he was dressed down to his diaper in front of his friends and did his best to enjoy this time with her.

She began to play juvenile games with him, like peekaboo and the whole time she kept coaxing him to drink more.

Rebecca got into the spirit as well and sat across from them and pulled Annie onto her lap.

“Becca.” Annie spoke with a stern voice.

Clearly she was still uneasy about all of this and as she began to sober up she became fearful of what would happen when everyone did too. There memories still fresh of the night’s events, how would Danny and Jessica both react in the morning.

“Look they’re closer than ever, is this not what you wanted for them?”

Not like this Annie thought, she felt a bit selfish for thinking it but a part of her was worried it would affect their trip to Disney Land tomorrow.

“Just relax babe, and enjoy the show.” Rebecca said confidently before taking a sip from her glass.

Watching the dynamic shared between Jess and Danny she realised that suddenly hers and Rebecca’s wasn’t that unusual. Wearing diapers and being treated like a toddler was a far cry from juvenile dresses and being the submissive in her own relationship.

She still couldn’t relax for the rest of the night, thankfully it wasn’t much longer before they all grew tired and decided it was time for bed.

Danny could barely manage to stay upright as he toddled down the hall towards his bedroom. Jessica was in tow using the wall to keep her balance as she struggled to keep up with him.

He reached the door and opened it just as a pair of arms grabbed him from behind.

“Where are you goinggg?”

Danny’s heart fluttered was this really about to happen was Jess going to pull him into bed with her. He tried to play it cool as she tugged him away from his side of the room.

“That’s not where you’re sleeping tonight.” She playfully bit her lip. “Come with me.”

Danny wasn’t exactly sure what she had in mind when he was pulled out of the bedroom and they stumbled across the hall using each other for balance.

“In heeere.”

Danny felt a pang of fear creep up his spine as Jessica flung the door to the nursery open.

“But I-.”

“Shhhhhhh.” She pushed a finger over his lips. “Its babies bed time.”

Unable to find a firm grip of his footing Danny couldn’t stop himself from being shoved into the crib. It was a lot smaller than the one back at Auntie’s place.

Danny tried standing back up but Jessica had some kind of hold over him and he felt compelled to obey her. She kept her hand on his chest and held him down against the mattress.

“Baby sleeps in the crib!” She said condescendingly.

He tearfully looked up at her, a small part of him clinging to some hope that she was planning on climbing in with him. But it didn’t happen, instead she pulled the side railing up and struggled to lock it in place.

“Good night baby Danny.” She blew him a kiss before stumbling out of the room.

Danny watched her close the door and switch off the light, leaving him in complete darkness to try and navigate the crib. It was a struggle in his drunken haze as he tried searching for the latch that held him in. He felt even more helpless then when he was back at Aunties; he couldn’t believe how bad his luck was that he would be spending a second night in another nursery.

He could feel the tears building in the corner of his eyes as he desperately tried to find a way out. The crib shook as he moved around clearly it wasn’t designed for someone his size and he was afraid it might break. He didn’t have the money to afford a replacement so instead Danny gave up and tucked his legs in to his side while he searched for the best position to lie back down.

The night was a bit chilly especially for someone clad only in a diaper so he pulled the sheets up and lightly sobbed into his pillow. All the alcohol had gone straight to his bladder and it signalled for release. But with little choice he chose to ignore it and eventually he managed to fall asleep.

One blissful sleep later.

When Danny woke in the morning with a thumping headache he found his diaper was soaked. He tried stretching his legs but the bars made it difficult to manoeuver so he sat up on his knees. Even without the haziness clouding his judgement he still couldn’t figure out the latch on the crib. Worse yet he could feel the fullness in his bladder and decided to simply let go.

He had fallen so far since first leaving for the trip two mornings prior; here he was in a baby’s crib soaking his diaper to the point of bursting. He heard movement outside and the voices were quite clear.

“Where’s Danny?” Came Annie’s muffled voice.

“SHIT.” He heard Jessica cry out.

Jessica came running into the nursery still dressed in her pyjamas looking like an absolute mess. She laid eyes on Danny just as Annie came running into the room, dressed much more presentably.

It was quite an eyeful as they both saw his puffy eyes and the drenched diaper sagging low between his legs.

“Danny…. I’m so sorry.” Jessica said blushing as she fumbled with the lock and eventually brought the side of the crib down with a crash.

He wasn’t sure how to respond and ignored both of them as he waddled wordlessly into the bathroom. The diaper easily ripped from his body and fell to the floor with a wet thud. He sighed apprehensively before stepping into the shower and began washing away all the filth. It gave him a horrible sense of Déjà vu having been through the same thing at Auntie’s, but this felt agonisingly worse.

His awful headache was the icing on the cake and he realised they still were supposed to go to Disney Land today. He thought about bailing but it was the whole reason they came here. Annie would probably forgive him, but his conscience would never allow him to.

Finally Danny stepped out of the shower fully expecting someone was going to come in and interrupt him soon enough. He took his time towelling off before wrapping it around his body and quietly left the bathroom.

The coast seemed clear as he tiptoed back to his room, his proper bedroom not the nursery he was forced to spend the night in. He could hear noise from the living room so he hoped that meant Jessica wasn’t going to be in there and thankfully she wasn’t.

He hurriedly threw on a pair of underwear, a pair of shorts and a shirt before pulling on his socks. It felt strange to be walking around without something crinkly between his legs and it wasn’t until now he realised how much he had been missing his briefs.

It was going to be an awkward situation no matter how he approached it so Danny decided it was better to rip the Band-Aid off now an joined the others in the living room.

Jessica was too ashamed to look at him and Annie offered him an uneasy smile. He didn’t notice Rebecca until she had already snuck up behind him and pinched his bottom.

“Why aren’t you in your protection?” She asked with sincerity.

“Becca.” Annie whined in frustration. “Can we not do this, please?”

Rebecca shook her head. “Nope I’m not having him pissing all over my car seat.”

She left the room and Danny was forced to face the girls.

“You can stand up to her Danny.” Annie pleaded.

Danny rocked back on his heels casually and shrugged, he was too upset that Jessica was refusing acknowledge him.

It wasn’t long before Rebecca charged back into the room with a diaper and powder in hand.

“Come on Danny.” She demanded.

He was about to follow her Jessica finally stood up.

CHAPTER ELEVEN

“Wait.” She called out.

The two stopped in the tracks as she came over and snatched the diaper out of Rebecca’s hands.

“Let me do it.”

Rebecca didn’t object and handed over the powder; stepping aside she watched her grab Danny’s hand and lead him away.

Danny was quite bewildered by what was happening and anxiously allowed himself to be pulled back into his bedroom. She gently coaxed him onto her bed and Danny suddenly realised he had gotten his wish, if not in the exact way he had been hoping for.

She smiled uncomfortably before pulling his shorts and underwear away in the same tug. Clearly she wasn’t entirely confident about what was happening either and she was careful not to stare for too long at his nudity. Danny realised it was the first time she had seen him completely nude and hoped this wouldn’t change her opinion of him. But as he raised his bottom for the diaper to be slid underneath him he realised that ship had probably long sailed.

She was gentle he would give her that, as embarrassing as the whole situation was he still preferred being changed by her loving hands compared to Rebecca’s. She sprinkled his groin with powder and giggled when Danny couldn’t help but sneeze as it wafted passed his nose.

“Bless you.” She said with a smile.

Danny smiled back as she pulled the tapes back firmly over his groin, giving herself a nod of approval at her own handiwork.

“It’s been a while since I changed a diaper; I think I did pretty well.” She gave his a firm pat.

She helped Danny to his feet and got a better look at her work, giving the sides a slight adjustment before taking a step back.

“How does it feel?”

Danny shrugged. “It’s alright.”

“And what do you say?”

“Thank you.” he mumbled.

Jessica grinned and he realised she was practically beaming; they sat down together on the end of her bed.

“Danny.” Jessica’s demeanour suddenly shifted. “I know what you want from me, but I’m sorry I can’t give it to you.” She said looking at him with sadness behind her eyes

It might have seemed cryptic to some but he knew the meaning behind her words.

“I don’t know why I suddenly started wetting myself, I promise this isn’t normal.” He told her wishfully.

Jessica shook her head. “It’s not the diapers.” She put her hand over his crinkly padding. “I actually think they look kind of cute on you if I’m being honest.”

Danny wasn’t sure if she was saying that to try improve his mood or if she was just teasing him to alleviate the tension.

“I’m the first girl you’ve spoken too since you and Annie broke up, what are the chances we are actually meant for each other.”

Danny chose to stay silent and stare down at his feet looking quite gloomy as the girl he thought he loved proceeded to break his heart.

“Please don’t hate me for it, I love you Danny and I have thought about it I won’t lie to you.”

She was being honest he realised, acknowledging hopefully that their still might be some faint hope depending on where the conversation eventually led.

“You’re so sweet to me but if we didn’t work out what would happen to our friendship, I know what happened once you and Annie broke up and I would never want that to happen to us.”

“We still hang out.” Danny interjected.

“Yeah but she thinks it’s only because you want to be with me. Danny, I can’t lose you from my life I was so happy when Becca introduced me to you and I won’t let you leave.”

Jessica was looking like she might cry and Danny wasn’t sure how to react.

“I won’t lead you on with false promises that something might eventually happen, but after everything last night I feel different now when I’m around you.”

She pulled his pacifier out of her pocked and twirled it in her hands. “I held onto this from last night, I just kept looking at it and it got me thinking.”

She held Danny’s hand and interlocked his fingers with his. “Close your eyes.”

For a moment he thought she was about to kiss him but instead he felt the rubber teat pushing against his lips and slowly he opened them inviting it in further.

When he opened them the pacifier sat snuggly between his lips and he couldn’t resist slowly suckling on it.

“This is what’s best for us Danny, you need someone to take care of you, and you’re still so reliant on the women in your life. Your mommy, my Aunt you act so cute and innocent around all of us this is what’s best for you.”

Danny was completely emasculated as he listened to Jessica describe how little she thought of him as a man.

“Your too precious Danny and I need this just as much as you do, but I want to hear it from you.”

“Hear what.” Danny asked ominously.

“That you want me to take care of you.” She continued. “You’re diapers, I will help with your food, get you dressed and I can even bathe you until I think you’re ready to be independent no matter how long that might take.

She gently caressed his thigh with her soft hands giving him goose bumps and butterflies to swell in his stomach.

Could he seriously be about to go through with this, he had no shot with her so what was the point. He was about to say no before he locked eyes with her. There was no judgement or hate, she truly did care about him and before he could convince himself otherwise he had already given his answer.

“Ok, I want you to take care of me.” He lisped behind his pacifier.

She threw her arms around and pulled him tight.

“Danny I love you.” She said smothering him.

“I promise you will be happy.” She playfully poked his nose before helping him pull his shorts back on.

“It’s not toooo bad.” She said showing him his reflection in the mirror.

Danny disagreed. “You can see the bulge.”

“No one will tease you I promise, just be brave for me.” She sweetly kissed him on the cheek causing him to blush.

He nodded; he really was feeling like a little child being dotted on by a loving mother. Maybe this wasn’t going to be so bad he wondered as she brought him back out to the living room.

“Looks like you’re ready to go then.” Rebecca said eying the diaper under his shorts, slightly surprised by the pacifier bobbing between his lips.

Before she could say anything else Danny toddled over to her and gave her a big hug.

“Thank you for helping me yesterday.” He told her genuinely.

“Ahhhh don’t mention it.” Rebecca replied unsurely, patting his back with her free hand.

Danny then toddled over to Annie and they both hugged for the longest time.

“I promise I never blamed you.” He admitted. “Thank you for always being so nice to me.”

“O-of course.” Annie said in shock. “I never stopped loving you Danny.”

When he turned around she quickly stopped him and pulled his shorts back over the diaper that was peeking out.

“So are we already to go then guys.” Rebecca said breaking off the intimate moment.

“I just have to get Danny’s shoes on.” Jessica replied before rushing off to grab them.

Danny sat on the sofa and waited for her to return and put them on for him. One at a time she slipped them on and tied his laces.

He noticed she had brought a bag with her and saw a couple of diapers inside.

“It’s not much.” She remarked. “Maybe we can get you a proper diaper bag when we get there.”

He smiled as he accepted her hand and followed her out to the car, his diaper crinkling with each step.

“I guess you were right babe, it turns out they are perfect for each other.” Rebecca told Annie out of the others earshot.

“Why do you look so smug about it?” Annie asked.

Rebecca looked back at her knowingly. “What ever could you mean, are you suggesting I had something to do with this?” She replied her voice oozing with sarcasm.

“What did you do Becca?” Annie asked unamused.

“Let’s just say it wasn’t Danny’s fault he wet the bed at Jess’s Aunt’s place, turns out that hand in the water bowl trick actually works.”

“BECCA.” Annie fumed.

“Relax.” Rebecca brushed her off. “Look how happy they are and just tell me this isn’t perfect, Danny got her love and affection it’s exactly what he wanted.”

Annie watched as Jess buckled him in and playfully gave him a kiss on the cheek before joining him on the other side of the car.

She sighed exasperatedly. “I hope this works out.”

“It will but it would be better if you kept that between us and play along. Otherwise I’m sure Danny’s diapers might fit you, they had some really cute pink ones back at the pharmacy.”

Rebecca slapped Annie on her behind and she froze up blushing.

“You better not.” She threatened.

Rebecca chuckled. “Then you better be on your best behaviour today.”

Annie felt very uneasy and shivered as she imagined herself in a similar predicament to Danny.

“Come on.” Rebecca called out to her. “The land of magic and imagination awaits us!”

Nervously she jumped into her seat; a small smile appeared across her blushing face as she wondered what might be in store for her.

I loved this story. Read it all the way through 3 times. The treatment from each of the four women hit different sweet spots, but Auntie was my favorite, because I looove the trope of someone misunderstanding and thinking you need diapers.

Glad you enjoyed it! There will definitely be a follow up story in the future with a trip back through Aunties :)
