This one's a bit of an oddity. So I'll just sum it up with the commissioner's description:

"A famous cartoon voice actress is doing one of those episodes. 

Her smug villainess character gets addicted to sweets and blows up, and at least part of the humor comes from other characters trying to dance around the issue to avoid provoking her wrath.  

In the real world, the actress finds the concept hilarious and decides to method act a bit by bringing a big box of muffins into the booth. She leans into her (increasingly real) groans and munching sounds, and even ends up having to undo her pants button by the end.  

But, consummate professional that she is, she powers through and delivers a stellar performance, even ad-libbing a bit as she becomes increasingly stuffed and inspired."
