Don't worry, I haven't forgotten y'all! This month has been really hectic, and I haven't had much time to be in my office.

On top of a new portrait layout and some other QOL stuff, this update marks the first one where I will be employing custom assets like sprite work. Rather than relying on templates, as per Coven of Calahree, Cicada Springs will feature original sprite work that better reflect characters' gains.

Anyone who has seen my work on the various Stardew Fatty mods should know how wrapped-up I can get when it comes to that sort of work, so there will probably be more than a few tweaks that will be implemented over the course of the next few updates.

In a perfect world, the core 5 characters will each have at least two levels of progression by the time this update is done, with the rest being filled in in the next update with the rest of the townsfolk.
