Gosh if the story was a little more silly I would say magic armor shackles would be great! ... actually a ball and chain could double as a mace...ohhhhh hmmmm

But I can picture more two ball and chain that orbit around her that emits powerful elemental attacks with weakness being although the attacks are powerful but the more she use the power the tighter her restraints get as the chain slowly wrap themselves around her.
