Personally I don't feel like that's Laurel's character. I feel it would work better if that dungeon was the lesser of two punishments.

I like the idea of an angel doing bad things (As long as it isn’t too bad :3 ), and it makes sense if punishment for those wrongdoings is less bad than prison, but how would Blackberry react if she found out?

Well that is true, as a paladin she might not go around breaking vaces... But yes Sorbet is living as a maid (slave) under Blackberry because the alternative to public justice would be much worse for Sorbet
