After 14 years, I finally move onto a new job!   The warehouse is permanently closed!
I was the customer service rep for a small gas mask and hazmat gear sales company, through three presidencies, and all the chaos of Ebola panics, the 2011 Tohoku tsunami, and COVID-19.   I've heard A LOT of frankly hilarious, frustrating, inane and bizarre calls.
I fielded each one with more patience than was deserved, and can say with certainty --

I'm never, ever doing anything associated with gas masks ever again.

It has been a brutal stretch through March to go from answering phones and filing invoices for war preppers, to helping unshelf, pack, shrink-wrap and pallet-tize over 25,000 lbs of merchandise, gut the entire company history of documents & files (including zip-disks!  ZIP DISKS!), haul out three thirty-ft. dumpsters of unusable stock, trash, furniture and old TV's -- every day, from open-to-close.  With a staff of less than **five** available.

But as soon as the door's locked tomorrow, that's all corporate office's problem.

'What's that got to do with all these late rewards or new posts', you ask?  A good amount, actually.

1) I will be dead on Friday, April 1st.  I'll drink a bit more than I should on April 2nd.
2) Streaming resumes on April 5th with a refresher.
3) Billing will be paused for April, possibly May as well.
4) Existing rewards will be worked on until the list is DONE.
5) NEW REQUEST FORMS FOR $15 AND $40 TIERS GO OUT ON APRIL 15th.
6) Some updated terms for all tiers will go up over the next day or two.

This Patreon, whether it lasts another 14 days, months or maybe stretches onto a few more years, has to contribute to the plan from here onward.  So, I'm gonna heal my wrecked joints and cracked hands for a couple days, say goodbye-and-good-riddance to a dusty, grungy decade-plus, and finish setting up my home office...

Goodbye and good riddance to that place. Rest your weary bones, you've earned it!

Thank you for the update. On to bigger and better things! But for now, rest well.
