The new ruler of Hell City sat on his throne pondering what to do next now that he exacted his revenge on Lord Azul. As soon as he had a thought, the little imp, Jenny, popped out of nowhere to alert him that Nova and Angel Boy were on there way to the tower. He rose to his feet and told Jenny to inform Ophelia, his imp trainer, that she was to handle the public relations of Hell City. Nova arrived with Angel Boy and greeted her longtime friend, Jojo, congratulating him on his victory and new leadership. He thanked her and she immediately cut to the chase and informed him of why she came in the first place. Jojo found her request ridiculous since all Nova had to do was continue to do heroic deeds and she would be recognized for her heroism the right way. Nova wasn't having it and demanded that Jojo use his new found power as Hell City ruler to make her more famous so she can start reaping benefits. He continuously denied her request until she finally offered up something he never said no to: sex with the Boobgirl. He froze in his tracks, looked back at her and motioned for her to follow him. He entered a room with Nova following closely behind. Before she went in, she ordered Angel Boy to stand guard at the door since she didn't want to fall for Jojo's sneaky tricks.
