You could totally sculpt this physically with some Chavant Medium ra WED Clay - but only if you spray the latter with a clear acrylic to lock on in the moistures - and then cast the sculpture in resin - via a silicone mould - to make s resin sculpture which can be painted with acrylic paints. The animated styles, particularly the thicker thighs and the posing of her arms and breasts, means you shouldn't need much in the way of a base to keep her upright and it's an animated/pictorial style that could easily be transitioned into sculpture :)
