Joaquin Joseph is the current King of Hell City and is also a  professional wrestler under the name of Crimson Rex in the Hell City  Wrestling Federation. He's the current champion.
 

Origins & Friendships

Joaquin  was born to Paolo Joseph and an unknown woman who died shortly after  birthing him. He was raised by his father for a few years until they  both met a succubus named Cora, whom Paolo fell in love with and  married. Soon after their marriage, Paolo and Cora had another child,  Clara Joseph, who was Joaquin's hybrid demon half sister. Joaquin loved  his father dearly and spent as much time with him as possible, but after  a while, Paolo rarely came home. Working as a mercenary for the King of  Hell City at the time, Lord Azul, kept him very busy and one night on  an assignment given by Lord Azul, Paolo disappeared and shortly after  was presumed dead by Azul personally, who visited Cora and her two  children. Joaquin was heartbroken at the loss and was inconsolable for a  bit while Cora slipped back into her succubus ways and engaged in a  sexual relationship with Lord Azul.  
 

Cora then began longing for Paolo again and, via Lord Azul's  suggestion, looked to Joaquin to fill the void that his father left  behind and forced him into a sexual relationship. This caused Joaquin to  mature early and have a very warped perception of true love and a  normal relationship, turning him into a promiscuous adult.  
 

As that happened, Raul, a close friend and work partner of Paolo,  began to care and look after Joaquin. He merely protected Joaquin and  made sure he was safe, but never once treated him as a son or a buddy.  As a child, he befriended the orphan, Nova Snow, who would become one of  his very best friends. As they got older, Nova would develop feelings  for Joaquin and, during puberty, had her first sexual encounter with  him. They were inseparable during middle school, but eventually, Nova  was forced to move to Mobious City after her final year in middle school  as she was transferred to another foster home. Left without a true  friend, Joaquin eventually met Michelle Mitchel and Tori Torrence, who  went by the nicknames, Mimi and Toto. Together, the girls nicknamed him  Jojo and would become two of his very best friends. In their final year  of high school, Mimi came up with the idea of fighting injustice in Hell  City under the group name of The REC. 

The REC Years

During his tenure with The REC, Joaquin met and fell in love with a  stripper named Christina Vega. Christina was the first girl to ever  truly understand Joaquin as she had a similar background to him and hit  it off with him under the condition that their relationship be an open  one, which Joaquin agreed to since he only ever know promiscuity his  entire life.  
 

After a year of fighting alongside the REC, Lord Azul  began a war  against humankind and ended the group by taking Mimi and Toto, leaving  Joaquin bitter and ready to kill when suddenly, Raul betrayed him,  rendered him unconscious and delivered him to Lord Azul. As Joaquin was  restrained, Lord Azul revealed to him that his stepmother, Cora, had  been his confidant the entire time and also revealed that his father was  alive and held captive. He then forced Cora to murder Paolo before  Joaquin's eyes, breaking him mentally, leaving him an empty shell. 

The Hybrid Theory & 1 vs All

Joaquin was then imprisoned and tortured until Lord Azul was ready  to test out the Hybrid Theory, which stated if a capable human was fused  with an ancient demon, he'd be an unstoppable force. The experiments  began and Joaquin was unconscious for the first bits of it. Eventually,  the Hybrid Theory was proven true as Joaquin's human DNA was spliced  with the demonic DNA, leaving him a hybrid as opposed to a pureblooded  human, granting him above average strength, a healing factor, and  superhuman resiliency. The plan backfired on Azul as a resistance group,  led by Christina, freed Joaquin from his imprisonment. In a blind fury  of rage, Joaquin killed most of Azul's scientists save for one, who  escaped to Mobious City. After escaping, Joaquin met an imp demon named  Ophelia, who instantly became infatuated with him.
 

Raul was handpicked by Azul to retrieve Joaquin, but he ultimately  failed in his quest, falling to Joaquin's superior abilities. From  there, he was trained by Ophelia in the art of wrestling to hone his  skills and eventually killed all of Lord Azul's generals until he was  face to face with The Demon King. Joaquin's strength overwhelmed Azul  until Cora stepped in and betrayed her stepson's trust. As Cora helped  Azul, it was revealed that he had manipulated her, which Joaquin tried  hard to break, but was incapable of doing so while Azul was attacking.  Eventually, he was aided by Christina's resistance and Raul, who  distracted Azul long enough for Joaquin to save his stepmother from  certain death as Raul was murdered by Azul. Now unrestrained, Joaquin  dealt the killing blow to Azul, finally ending the re-ignited war  between demonkind and humankind. Left without a King, the inhabitants of  Hell City anointed Joaquin as their new King.

King of Hell City & Partnership with The Boobgirl

Joaquin then married Christina, making her his queen, and had Ophelia stick around to handle public relations.  
 

After learning of a red headed superheroine in Mobious City, Joaquin  journeyed there to see if it was his childhood friend, Nova Snow. Upon  meeting The Boobgirl, he immediately determined it was her and resumed  his sexual relationship with her, with Christina's approval. He also  agreed to help Nova fight major threats in Mobious City.
 

During the invasion of Minus Earth, Joaquin met his female  doppelganger, Joanie Joseph, and fought her, eventually defeating her.  Using her trump card, Joanie invaded Joaquin's mind and attempted to  merge with him, giving him back the effeminate figure he had as a  teenager. Joaquin's will was proven too strong to be broken by Joanie  and eventually she vanished into his subconscious, granting him her same  abilities which included strength to rival The Boobgirl's as well as  the ability to create dimension hopping portals, allowing him to travel  to different worlds.
 

Upon returning to his world, he began a secret life of  crossdressing, visiting The Hellhole, a part of Hell City where  promiscuity and perversions were the norm. He eventually donned the  nickname, "Jolene." He remains happily married to Christina Vega, who is  aware of his illicit activities.
