Judi DeLaw is the name I settled on for this chick.

She's the head of Task Force SX, an off the grid black op team of anti-heroes who are forced to do her bidding under threat of being handed over to the law or worse, sent off world.

She's very no nonsense and will do anything she can to achieve her goal. Sometimes her bidding involves upholding the law of the world and other times it's about upholding her own personal law.

She sees herself as the law and hates pretty much all the heroes in the Super-Nova universe. She's got dirt on every single one of them and isn't intimidated by anyone of them despite not having superhuman powers herself.

She is very manipulative and will gaslight people into believing a lie if it benefits her.
