Big announcement: Patreon charging upfront! (Patreon)

Maybe some of you heard about it but there’s a change in Patreon.

Patreon is offering now the possibility to charge the patrons upfront as soon as they

pledge.

It’s an option I will activate, as a creator; the change will be permanent.

Basically, for existing patrons, it will change nothing in the charging process. On the first of June, you’re going to be charged as usual, but not for the past month, but for what will come in June.

And the good thing in this change is that when I’m releasing a new image, you’ll be able to get the uncensored image immediately and the rewards as soon as they’re ready. So during the month, you’ll receive all the rewards, without having to wait for the 7th day of the next month.

And rewards won’t be sent by messages anymore but will be regular Patreon posts, with thumbnails of what the dropbox link will contain. 

Those links will be available for a month.

I think it’s a great change, it will make the Patreon experience more fluid, with regular posts of rewards instead of receiving tons of rewards once per month.

New patrons will be charged as soon as they pledge, but they will be able to get the rewards I posted the 30 days before, as they’ll get access to the patreon posts with the dropbox links available 30 days.

I’m really excited with this. It will make the rewards process easier for me, doing them during the whole month…
