Page & Profile Update! (Patreon)

So I've redone my banner, rewritten my profile description and all that. Messed around with my goals/rewards slightly. So check it out! Let me know what you think. I've sort of outlined better why I'm doing this and why you all are important and helpful in so many ways.  I've also defined more clearly how I run my projects and reward releases.
