Re-Raffle 3 and Raffle 4 (Patreon)

So, I've been having some issues getting a hold of the winner of the 3rd Raffle. Since they never responded to my messages I decided to reraffle the 3rd raffle project. I'm currently moving out of the state and across the country again. I'm leaving around the 19th. I'm trying to get my projects caught up at the same time so if I'm a little slow at responding please forgive me! =o
