[TIERS 2-3] WIP Sketch for Mika's Upcoming Birthday! (Patreon)

Trying to post daily on Patreon, and I was just too excited to share my WIP sketch for Mika's birthday from Girls und Panzer, to debut on November 30th! (Nov 29 for patrons) Although, I am planning to make it a full GIF as opposed to just a static piece, and with an NSFW version for tier 3 patrons as well!
