"I can use that Kekkei Genkai because of my ability to precisely manipulate chakra and merge them in different ratios to create it," Sakura said, knowing what the Third Hokage was thinking. "Nobody else can learn it."

"Is there really no other way?" the Third Hokage asked, disappointed. He saw an opportunity to enhance Konoha's power, but now it seemed impossible.

"No, it's because of the precise manipulation of chakra, which is almost impossible for others to achieve," Sakura said, shaking her head. Why was Senju Hashirama's Wood Release so terrifying? Firstly, it was due to the amount of chakra he possessed. In addition to the immense amount of chakra Hashirama possessed, his Wood Release was also related to the power of his Yang Release. Yin Release created matter, while Yang Release gave life. Yang Release represented the power of life, and the Yang Release power that originated from Ashura's chakra, coupled with the influence of Hashirama's Yang Release power after he attained Sage Mode, resulted in the Wood Release being able to move like a living creature.

Although Yamato, who had Senju Hashirama's cells implanted in him, could also use Wood Release, he lacked the immense amount of chakra and Yang Release power, so the Wood Release he used was more like dead wood. The most powerful Wood Release technique he used was the one that looked like Hashirama's Wood Release, which he used while under the influence of White Zetsu's Mokuton technique. However, that technique was actually a transformation technique, and only the appearance had changed.

Sakura herself had a Yang attribute, so adding the refined Yang Release power to her Wood Release allowed her to use Wood Release like Hashirama.
