I feel so sad for Zhou Zishu too, like he was only 16 when his master died and he got entrusted a manor and a whole as younger martial arts brother to raise (as far as we know Qin Jiuxiao is quite a bit younger than Zhou Zishu) and all the other discipiles - he held out till he was 18, but than just couldn't continue anymore and thought his cousin, his family, would be a save choice :(
