Another sketch/character for Kingdom of the Cerulean Moon.

Still ruminating on a name for her, but this cutie designs a lot of the toys and various other  magical items that exist within the castle bedrooms. Some commissioned by Io directly.

Harnessing the magic that Callisto studies in the libraries and brings back from deep space, she's always crafting new enchanted toys for the pleasure of everyone.

Included here a toy with enhanced gems. What might they do?
