Quick update re: Requests (Patreon)

Hi friends! Thanks again for the great suggestions - Not all ideas are created equal, and I don't want to inadvertently pick more than one suggestion per user in this list. There is a new column for Patreon username, please fill this in so we can avoid spamming the list by the same few users. As always, thanks for the support as things grow and improve :)
