Here's the first video from the new workflow, let me know what you think with some feedback, these can only improve from here! I can only officially post fictional depictions, any real world people or celebrities will be sent to trash. Hope you like what you find!

Getting the workflow dialed in was the biggest part, but now that I have that saved, processing time I'd say 30 seconds of video takes about an hour to produce. I'll be looking at doing minute long vids which will put it to about hour and a half. But every vid has its own challenges depending on the subject and the amount I want to change it. Further I get from the source material, the weirder things can get with some of the outputs then I need to go back and correct singular frames so it doesn't get all janky.

its intriguing. i dont know how much you have lined up in your workflow but ide suggest avoiding the fish eye view if possible going forward.

I've thought about that, the reason I used this format as a video output is that I took a VR video and converted it to flat, because the camera is always stationary. Any attempt to do a video with camera motion you'll get all kinds of artifact showing up. That's why tiktok videos are usually easy for the same reason. The more motion the more complexity of the frame changes.
