Shibari Heizou (Patreon)

Hello gamers. Sorry for the long wait! I bring you Shibari Heizou. I was inspired by the new event to create him and so I did. Not to worry though, Office Dad Wrio toggles will be coming although they may be moved to a later date in hopes of his rerun but we'll see. I have atleast one toggle ready but the variety needs more time to be completed.

I also will be making a poll soon for this month's monthly mod that will include Baizhu, Wanderer, Heizou and Itto so look out for that to help me make the choice :3
