Updated Tiers and Rewards! (Patreon)

After a LOT of thought, I've settled on some new/tweaked incentives for the ol' patreon. First and foremost, every tier is getting a little something extra and not losing anything. Also, I've amended the $50 tier to a bust sketch commission that I will stream on Twitch (with a limit of 3 people per month).
