New Video + Koala Adoption! (Patreon)

Hello all!

First things first. I must apologize for 1. the out of focus wide shot in this video and 2. the makeup smudged all over my eyelids in my closeups  😂 Boy, I really dropped the ball on this one. I unfortunately didn't realize the error of my ways until mere hours ago, and as I'm headed out of town in in just a few hours' time, I thought, well, this will just have to do. I will do better in the future!!

Now that I've confessed my shortcomings--what a wonderful song!? I walked in on Jesse preparing this cover and I remembered how much I love this song and I begged to be let in! Jesse very generously let me barge my way onto this track-- he let me change the key and play some guitar and steal some verses :) Thanks Jesse.

In other news, during the last Coffee Date Hangout, one of our members had the amazing idea of KG Records "adopting" a Koala that's been affected by the fires in Australia. Koala adoption "helps with the rescue and treatment of sick and injured koalas and release back to their home range where possible, as well as assisting with the conservation and expansion of habitat, collection of information for research relating to habitat, disease, nutrition and habits of wild koalas." Needless to say, I was very down.

With that said, it is my honor to introduce you to the four newest members of the KG Records Family: Oxley Twinkles, Kooloonbung Close Trevor, Hockey Luna, and Balmoral Mini. Thank you all for making this possible.

And with that, I'm off to pack and catch a plane to the other side of the world! Sending immense amounts of love and gratitude your way. <3
