Stephanie and April trailed behind the photographer, entering a different room after changing into the undergarments they had been provided. The bras were slightly loose to accommodate potential growth. "Let's start by taking some pictures in a room with natural light for a cozy atmosphere. Please go ahead and take your pills... just one for now," instructed the photographer.

The girls approached a station set up in the room, where they found a bottle of pills and water waiting for them. They each took a pill and swallowed it down before following further instructions to sit together, one between the other's legs.

"I can feel something," exclaimed Stephanie, her beautiful red hair flowing as she placed her hand on her stomach. She closed her eyes with a gentle smile, softly caressing her growing belly while expressing delight at the sensation.

April remained silent, closing her eyes as well. As their bellies expanded, she leaned back to give more room to her gut that was pressing into Stephanie's back. Both girls reveled in the pleasant feeling of growth, momentarily forgetting about the presence of the photographer who continued to capture their intimate moment through the lens.

The sound of clicking brought April out of her trance-like state. She noticed that the photographer was requesting them to partially face each other while maintaining smiles on their faces...

Both young women sat with their legs slightly apart, knees past the others. Stephanie's growth rate was slightly faster than April's, causing her belly to round out as if she were already nine months pregnant. Despite taking a pill that prevented any unpleasant stretching, her abdomen appeared shiny and taut. "Alright ladies, we need to find a different room with softer lighting. Your bellies are starting to reflect too much," the photographer remarked, pointing at Stephanie's protruding stomach.

The girls made their way down the hall to a room where the curtains were drawn and subdued lighting had been set up. "Okay, Red, it's your turn...the other one will have a short solo shoot after you're done. In the meantime, she can rub your belly while you take another pill," the photographer said absentmindedly forgetting their names once again.

Stephanie approached the setup in the new room and pondered for a moment. She decided to take two pills instead of one since the previous experience had felt so good; surely doubling it would only enhance her pleasure further. With a discreet glance behind her back, she grabbed two pills from the bottle and swallowed them simultaneously. Moving swiftly towards the bed where April lay rubbing her belly affectionately with closed eyes, Stephanie flashed an enigmatic smile at the oblivious photographer who remained clueless about what just happened before his eyes.

Over the next minute or two photos were snapped while Stephanie slowly grew. She needed to remove her bra because her breasts grew to big and heavy to fit into it. Her belly slowly grew until it was bumping into April who was next to her. April feels the movement and moves her hand from her own belly to Stephanie's. Stephanie's eyes flutter as she moans from the touch. Eyes still closed enjoying the electric feeling of belly on belly April moves to the side of Stephanie to allow her more room to grow while still pressed up against her tight . 

The pleasure from their bellies touching, the belly rubbing and the growth Stephanie started zoning out. Eyes glassy with a small smile on her face staring at nothing off in the distance. 

Feeling a slight shiver run down her spine, Stephanie experiences a tingling sensation as her nipple brushes against April's. Letting out a deep sigh, she becomes aware of the significant increase in the size of her breasts, now resembling melons that press tightly against April's. 

At this time, April notices something peculiar about the distance between her and her hand that's rubbing; it seems off somehow. Startled, she widens her eyes in shock and discovers that Stephanie's belly has expanded to an enormous extent, capable of accommodating an adult or many pregnancies worth of multiples at once. Realizing that this adventurous redhead must have indulged in more than one pill for her second time around, April regains composure and resumes gently rubbing Stephanie's belly - which has grown larger than herself by now. Suddenly, there is a barely audible "ploink" sound as Stephanie's belly button pops outwards and transforms into an "outie." 

Pushed back once again due to Stephanie's continuously expanding belly getting wider and protruding further outward with each passing moment, April maneuvers herself towards the rear end of Stephanie as the latter's stomach reaches beyond knee-level before gradually coming to a halt.

"Alright, that should be enough. Red, you really surprised me there! I never thought you would take on multiple pills simultaneously. I believe my work with you is complete for now, so enjoy your time here and take some rest. We'll be moving to another room to take some solo photographs. I'll be waiting in the other room," said the voice of the photographer.

As the girls regained their senses and remembered there was someone else present in the room, they felt embarrassed. April gave Stephanie one final pat before getting off the bed. Instead of leaving the room immediately, she brought a drink and a bottle of pills within Stephanie's reach.

"I thought you might get bored or unsatisfied just stopping at this point, so I brought these over," April explained mischievously while flashing a grin.

Stephanie thanked her enthusiastically and wasted no time grabbing a handful of pills, quickly swallowing them before April even exited the room.

A powerful surge of pleasure coursed through Stephanie's body as she instantly felt her belly expanding. Bracing herself for what was to come, she watched as her stomach grew at an accelerated rate compared to before. Lost in ecstasy from her rapid growth, time seemed irrelevant as she experienced wave after wave of pleasure.

Although she could feel someone's hand rubbing her stomach during this intense moment, Stephanie couldn't fully focus on it due to overwhelming sensations elsewhere. Eventually, her growth began to slow down and she opened her eyes only to see April standing before her—now twice as large as when she had left earlier.

In stark contrast, Stephanie's own belly had grown immensely; it had become so massive that its end hung off the edge of the bed—a sizeable space where every person in the house could comfortably sit inside with plenty of extra room available.

"b-bet you can't get bigger!" Stephanie blurts out. April has a grin on her face as she wonders what the next few days will hold. . .
