Reactions to Navi 32 & FSR 3 Announcements (Die Shrink Telegrams) (Patreon)

You may have noticed that a Die Shrink has not come out today...yet...  That's not a coincidence, it's a result of Tom & Dan deciding it would be unwise to put anything out before we see just how much information AMD announces at Gamescom, and boy are we glad we waited!  Tom isn't done making his video (yes one is coming tonight), but just halfway through writing a script the following news has been noted:

• RX 7800 XT 16GB & RX 7700 XT 12GB have been announced
• FSR 3 with Frame Generation has been announced
• AMD confirmed they are not blocking DLSS despite all that clickbait...
• HYPR-RX has been re-announced
